The stator coil 24 is constituted by enameled wires in which a polyamideimide resin layer has been applied radially outside a copper wire and hardened, and the insulating resin contains as a major component a THEIC-modified polyester resin that has been modified by a fatty acid.

摘要： A stator for a rotary machine includes a rotor 7 and a stator 8 having a stator iron core 15 disposed oppositely around the outer circumference of the rotor 7 and a stator coil 16 fitted around the iron core 15, wherein the iron core 15 has a laminated iron core 150 with plural axially extending slots 15a formed circumferentially at predetermined pitches, an insulating resin 100 is coated on an axial end face 15f of the iron core 15 and an inner wall face of a slot 15a in the laminated iron core 150 to provide insulation between the iron core 15 and the stator coil 16, and the iron core is cylindrically shaped by bringing both circumferential end portions 15g of the laminated iron core 150 into contact to bend the laminated iron core 150 so that an opening face 15b of the slot 15a is directed inside.

摘要： An electrically-insulating resin portion is formed by applying a resin so as to cover apex portions of coil ends forming a coil end group, that is, weld portions and surfaces of portions where an insulation coating has been removed from free ends of coil segments which constitute joint portions between the free ends. Spaces between radially-adjacent joint portions may be filled by the electrically-insulating resin portion. In addition, air passage spaces may be ensured between circumferentially-adjacent joint portions.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a rotor for a magnet type rotating electrical machine includes the steps of: cutting and laminating pieces of the core of the rotor, to thereby form a core (3); mounting the core (3) on a rotating jig (10); forming a magnet piece (2p) into a predetermined shape by sintering; mounting a predetermined number of the magnet pieces (2p) on a regulating jig (20); pressing the magnet pieces (2p) by the regulating jig (20) while rotating the core (3) by the rotating jig (10), to thereby mount the magnet pieces (2p) on the core (3); and adjusting an axial position of the magnet piece (2p) so that an axial end surface of the core (3) and an axial end surface of the magnet piece (2p) are aligned with each other.

The heat dissipation surface (2d) is the same surface as the bottom (3a) of the resin package (3); and consequently, heat dissipation properties and reliability are improved and a reduction in size can be achieved.
