摘要: Hole diameter information is represented by color information. After detecting the color information, the detected color information is converted and generated into the hole diameter information. In this manner, a plurality of kinds of hole diameter information can be processed simultaneously, and efficiently with error reduction. The invention disclosed includes a pattern figure (2a) having a plurality of marks corresponding to holing positions of a printed board or the like and indicated by identification colors (3) corresponding to hole diameters of the holing positions. A detecting device 4 for generating detection signals corrsponding to the identification colors (2) of the marks in the pattern figure (2a), and hole diameter information generating means (6) for generating information representing the hole diameters by deciding the identification colors.

摘要: A case includes an assembling hole portion and a snap ring preassembled hereto. When fixing a bearing to the case, a first distance between both ends of the snap ring can be expanded within the assembling hole portion. The bearing is used for supporting a rotational shaft of the case. The assembling hole portion includes dual hole portions, which open at respective positions where the both ends of the snap ring can be expanded within the dual hole portions.

摘要: A pattern formed on an object under check such as a mask, printed substrate, etc., is scanned by a CCD camera, and check pattern data for one scanning line obtained from the CCD camera is divided into a plurality of pixel groups and stored in shift register groups. The check pattern data is compared with a master pattern data representing the external shape of a master pattern to calculate an inclination of the check pattern (pattern to be checked) with respect to the master pattern. The order of reading addresses of the shift register groups is changed in accordance with the inclination so that the check pattern data matches the master pattern data. Thereafter, the check pattern data is compared with the master pattern data to detect a defect in the check pattern to thereby avoid erroneous judgment due to an angular deviation between the check pattern and the master pattern.

摘要: A vehicle includes a wheel speed sensor sensing a vehicle speed V, a 2WD/4WD switch operative to input an instruction to switch between a two-wheel driving state and a four-wheel driving state, a transfer and an actuator switching the two-wheel driving state and the four-wheel driving state, and an ECU driving the actuator. The ECU instructs the actuator to switch from the four-wheel driving state to the two-wheel driving state regardless of the switching instruction from the 2WD/4WD switch if the vehicle tows a trailer and runs in the four-wheel driving state when the vehicle speed exceeds a predetermined value. Consequently, it is possible to provide a four-wheel drive vehicle capable of running while towing an object and also avoiding an increase in the size of the peripheral parts of driving wheels.

摘要: A vehicle includes a sensor sensing external temperature, a 2WD/4WD switch operated to input an instruction to switch a two-wheel drive state and a four-wheel drive state, a transfer switching mechanical power transfer for the two-wheel drive state and that for the four-wheel drive state, an actuator actuating the transfer, and an ECU controlling the actuator. The ECU determines from a value detected by the sensor a current supplied to the actuator. Preferably, the transfer includes a synchronizer mechanism driven by power generated by the actuator to transfer a drive shaft's rotation to a driven shaft and engage the shafts together when they achieve synchronous rotation.

摘要: In a method of processing radioactive spent ion exchange resin, the spent ion exchange resin is pyrolyzed in an inert atmosphere and harmful decomposition gas such as sulfur and nitrogen compounds generated during pyrolysis is separated. Next, the spent ion exchange resin is pyrolyzed in oxidizing atmosphere and harmless gases such as carbon dioxide and water vapor gases are separated. It is preferred that a transition metal as a catalyst be adsorbed through ion exchange into spent cation exchange resin, and an anionic atom group containing a transition metal as a catalyst be adsorbed through ion exchange into spent anion exchange, before both of the pyrolysis steps. The pyrolysis is carried out at two atmosphere stages, and the harmful and harmless gases are decomposed separately. The pyrolysis in both of pyrolysis steps is effected at a temperature in the range of from 240.degree. to 420.degree. C. The proportions of the sulfur and nitrogen compounds in spent ion exchange resin after pyrolysis, and also the processing volume of the spent ion exchange resin can be reduced. And scattering of radioactive substances can be prevented. By adding a catalyst to the spent ion exchange resin, pyrolysis is carried out at a low temperature.
