The two-wheeled vehicle includes auxiliary wheels connected to the front wheel on both sides of the two-wheeled vehicle body and steered together with the front wheel by the steering system, lifting devices configured to adjust distances of the auxiliary wheels from the ground, and gap adjusting devices configured to adjust lateral gaps of the auxiliary wheels from the two-wheeled vehicle body. The auxiliary wheels are spaced apart from the ground while traveling straight. And an inclination of the two-wheeled vehicle body while turning is limited as one of the auxiliary wheels comes into contact with the ground.

摘要: Disclosed are a non-fluorine and non-silicon hydrocarbon-based adhesive composition for substrate surface treatment for inkjet printing, a substrate surface-treated by the composition, and a method for modifying the surface of the substrate by using the composition so as to form fine lines by means of inkjet nano ink. The disclosed composition includes only an epoxy resin, or includes an epoxy resin and an acrylic compound, so as to hydrophobically modify the substrate. The composition can achieve better properties such as an increase in an ink contact angle, an ink spreadability inhibiting effect, and a wiring adhesive strength, as compared to a conventional silicon-based and/or fluorinated adhesive. Furthermore, since a conventional silicon-based and fluorinated adhesive component is not used, it is possible to perform substrate surface treatment in terms of environmental safety, thereby improving the productivity and the economic efficiency.

摘要: Provided is a high voltage transistor in a flash memory device comprising: a source/drain junction of a DDD structure consisting of a high-concentration impurity region and a low-concentration impurity region surrounding the high-concentration impurity region, the high-concentration impurity region being formed in parallel with a gate electrode at a distance spaced by a location in which a contact hole is formed, and having a rectangular shape whose width is the same as or wider than that of the contact hole and whose length is the same as or narrower than that of an active region through which the gate electrode passes. Accordingly, a current density to pass the gate electrode neighboring the contact hole portion and a current density to pass the gate electrode at a portion where the contact hole cannot be formed become uniform. A uniform and constant saturation current can be obtained regardless of the number of the contact hole.
