    摘要： A method and apparatus for performing handover of a terminal in a wireless communication system, the method including obtaining information on neighboring networks from a media independent handover (MIH) server by using a MIH layer if a state of a link connected to a serving network is changed; transmitting a handover initiation request message to the MIH layer of the serving network through the MIH layer; checking handover support information and tunnel state information of the neighboring networks which are received from the MIH layer of the serving network; determining a target network to which handover is performed and performing layer-2 (L2) handover with the target network, by using the handover support information; and performing layer-3 (L3) handover with the target network by using the tunnel state information.

    摘要： Disclosed is a system for providing handover of a mobile node in a wireless network supporting Mobile IP (Internet Protocol). The mobile node sends, when handover is needed, a request for neighbor access router information to a first access router currently communicating with the mobile node, and selects, if the neighbor access router information is received, a second access router serving as a target access router using the received neighbor access router information. The first access router exchanges access router information with a neighbor access router, provides neighbor access router information to the mobile node upon receiving the neighbor access router information request from the mobile node, and redirects data to be delivered to the mobile node to the second access router to which the mobile node will be handed over. The second access router forwards data to be delivered to the mobile node, received from the first access router, to the corresponding mobile node.

    摘要： Disclosed is a system for providing handover of a mobile node in a wireless network supporting Mobile IP (Internet Protocol). The mobile node sends, when handover is needed, a request for neighbor access router information to a first access router currently communicating with the mobile node, and selects, if the neighbor access router information is received, a second access router serving as a target access router using the received neighbor access router information. The first access router exchanges access router information with a neighbor access router, provides neighbor access router information to the mobile node upon receiving the neighbor access router information request from the mobile node, and redirects data to be delivered to the mobile node to the second access router to which the mobile node will be handed over. The second access router forwards data to be delivered to the mobile node, received from the first access router, to the corresponding mobile node.

    摘要： Systems and methods related to handling and/or isolating nanotubes and other nanostructures are generally described. In some embodiments, a polymer can be exposed to a collection of agglomerated nanostructures to produce individuated nanostructures. The polymer can comprise one or more pendant groups capable of participating in a pi-pi interaction with at least a portion of the agglomerated nanostructures to produce individuated nanostructures. Individuated nanostructures can be isolated from nanostructures that remain agglomerated. In some cases, individuated nanostructures can be freeze dried to provide, for example, a plurality of nanostructures in solid form. The systems and methods described herein may be so effective in maintaining separation between individuated nanostructures that pluralities of dried nanostructures can be re-suspended in a fluid after they are dried, in some cases with relatively low forces applied during re-suspension.
