摘要: The invention relates to a video encoding and decoding technical field of the signal processing, especially relates to a method for video clip assisted by clip identifier. The method defines a clip identifier on the video encoding and decoding rule as an identifier used specially for video stream clip. If the encoded video bit stream is clipped, then said clip identifier is inserted to the bit stream or used to replace the original identifier which functions as a start flag. The clip of the video bit stream can be operated conveniently by the invention. The features of the invention are: the bits, which mark whether the clipped video bit stream may be decoded and displayed incorrectly or not, are not required to appear in the unclipped bit stream; if it clips at a certain point of the bit stream, then said identifier will appear at this point to indicate that a problem in which the picture can not be decoded normally due to the predictive reference data being clipped may appear.

摘要: The invention relates to liquid chromatography techniques for rapidly characterizing samples, such as polymer solutions, emulsions and dispersions, and to devices for implementing such techniques. The system includes a design that provides the ability to perform chromatographic separations by using mobile phase composition gradients and temperature gradients during separations. The invention accomplishes this by providing mixing zones for a plurality of fluids as well as heated and chilled feeds feeding the fluids to the mixing zones. Additionally, the system provides the ability to analyze separated components with a detector and/or collect separated fractions into vessels of a fraction collector for further separation and/or analysis.

摘要: An optical 3D digitizer with an enlarged non-ambiguity zone, comprising a structured light projector for projecting a fringe pattern over a target area, the fringe pattern having a shiftable position over the target area is disclosed. First and second cameras having overlapping measurement fields are directed toward the target area and positioned with respect to the projector to define distinct triangulation planes therewith. The second camera has a larger non-ambiguity depth than the first camera. A computer evaluates a same set of camera-projector related functions from images captured by the cameras including the projected pattern at shifted positions, builds low depth resolution and degenerated 3D models from the camera-projector related functions evaluated with respect to the second and first cameras respectively, determines chromatic texture from the images, and builds a complete textured 3D model from data corresponding between the low depth resolution and degenerated 3D models within a tolerance range.

摘要: Disclosed are methods and apparatus for efficiently managing IC chip yield learning. In general terms, as each wafer lot moves through fabrication, yield information is obtained from each set of test structures for a particular process or defect mechanism. The nature of the yield information is such that it may be used directly or indirectly to predict product wafer test yield. In one implementation, the yield information includes a systematic yield (Y0), a defect density (DD), and a defect clustering factor (&agr;) determined based on the inspected test structure's yield. A running average of the yield information for each process or defect mechanism is maintained as each wafer lot is processed. As a particular wafer lot moves through the various processes, a product wafer-sort test yield may be predicted at any stage in the fabrication process based on the running-average yield information maintained for previously fabricated wafer lots.

摘要: This invention relates to a transdermal patch in the form of a layer complex, comprising a backing layer, a drug-reservoir layer comprising pharmacologically active ingredients and pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvants, and a release liner covering the drug-reservoir layer, characterized in that the drug-reservoir layer comprises isosorbide dinitrate and Bisoprolol at a ratio of 1:3 to 3:1 by weight, as the pharmacologically active ingredients. Animal tests show that said patch can reduce the elevation of T wave of cardiogram, the increase of the level of myocardial enzyme in blood serum, and the extension of the range of myocardial infarction caused by ligating the coronary artery in animals. Results show that said patch exhibits a considerable synergistic effect in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases and has good preventive and therapeutic effects on several adverse events on heart. In addition, the animal tests show that the patch according to the invention has a better pressure-reducing effect than the application of the patch containing only one of isosorbide dinitrate and Bisoprolol, and does not worsen the arrhythmia that is easily caused by the application of the patch containing only isosorbide dinitrate or Bisoprolol.
