摘要: Some embodiments of the current disclosure are directed toward cardiac diagnosis and/or arrhythmia monitoring, and more particularly, systems, devices and methods for arrhythmia monitoring with a trained classifier including at least one neural network. In some embodiments, an external heart monitoring device may include a plurality ECG electrodes to sense surface ECG activity, ECG processing circuitry to process the surface ECG activity to provide at least one ECG signal, a non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising a rhythm change classifier comprising at least one neural network, and at least one processor to receive the ECG signal(s), detect with the rhythm change classifier time data corresponding to a predetermined rhythm change in the ECG signal(s), determine based on the detected time data at least one ECG signal portion corresponding to the predetermined rhythm change, and transmit the at least one determined ECG signal portion to a remote computer system.

摘要: Medical monitoring systems and techniques for remote monitoring of RF-based and light-based physiological information of a patient are provided. A system as disclosed herein includes an RF transmitter configured to be placed on a predetermined location of the patient and an RF receiver and associated circuitry configured to provide RF sensor signals including information about an RF-based aortic region waveform. The system includes at least one light source configured to be placed on the predetermined location and a light sensor and associated light sensor circuitry configured to provide light sensor signals including information about a light-based arterial waveform. The system includes a processor configured to determine a first fiducial point on the RF-based aortic region waveform, determine a second fiducial point on the light-based arterial waveform, determine a time difference parameter between the fiducial points, and determine at least a pulse wave velocity.

摘要: A cardiac monitoring system for displaying contextual biometric information for arrhythmia events occurring in a patient is provided. The system includes a cardiac sensor configured to be coupled to the patient. The cardiac sensor is configured to transmit ECG signals and motion signals to a remote server. The remote server is in communication with the cardiac sensor and further in communication with a user interface. The remote server includes a database implemented in a non-transitory memory and a processor in communication with the database. The processor is configured to store the ECG signals and the motion signals in the database and identify an arrhythmia event based on the received ECG signals. The processor is also configured to determine, based on the motion signals, contextual biometric information of the patient for the arrhythmia event and display, on the user interface, the arrhythmia event with the contextual biometric information of the patient.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to apparatuses, systems and methods for measuring time-varying radar cross section (RCS) of an artery of a patient, which may be used to determine blood pressure of a patient. In some embodiments, an apparatus is provided which comprises a radio-frequency (RF) transceiver for generating RF waves, and at least one sensor configured for positioning on or adjacent the skin of a patient, and at least one of transmitting the RF waves into tissue of the patient and receiving RF wave reflections from at least one artery located within the tissue. The apparatus may further comprise a processor having computer instructions operating thereon configured to cause the processor to determine an RF arterial pulse waveform based on the received RF wave reflections. The time-varying radar cross section (RCS) comprises the RF arterial pulse waveform. This may be in turn correlated to blood pressure of the patient.
