    摘要： A multi-layer laminate web for furniture formed of a polyolefin web containing a mixture or blend of specific proportions by weight of a propylene homopolymer or copolymer and specific proportions by weight of a low pressure polyethylene, polyvinylalcohol, ethylene-vinylalcohol copolymer, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, ethylene-acrylate ester-acrylic acid copolymer or -terpolymer and/or polycaprolactone or a mixture or blend of low pressure polyethylene with one or more of the foregoing polymers, copolymers or terpolymers and specific proportions by weight of a finely divided mineral filler or mineral filler mixture having on the surface thereof a substance having polar and non-polar groups, and a surface layer having an average thickness from 3 to 30 microns applied over the polyolefin web. A method for producing a furniture laminate is also disclosed.

The laminate includes an unfoamed top layer containing an elastomer grafted styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (ASA), grafted with polyfunctional acrylates and a chlorinated polyethylene (PEC) and/or a rubber-like ethylene-propylene mixed polymer (EPM) and/or a rubber-like terpolymer of ethylene, propylene and a diene, a closed pore polyolefin bottom layer with a bulk density of 30 kg/m.sup.3 to 700 kg/m.sup.3 which includes an ethylene homo- or copolymer, and an intermediate layer arranged between the bottom layer and the top layer and which acts as a coupling agent. The intermediate layer includes a low pressure polyethylene, an ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer and a rubber-like ethylene-propylene mixed polymer (EPM) and/or a rubber-like terpolymer of ethylene, propylene and a diene (EPDM).

At least two different-colored polymer compositions in melt form, having identical viscosity or virtually identical viscosity (difference in MFI at 230.degree. C./2.16 kg of 0 to 0.5 g/10 min), are employed for the upper film or upper layer, and are first of all separated or partially separated by the wedge-shaped projection or projection of triangular cross section in the adapter or in the black box but then, after having passed through the adapter or the black box, are guided alongside one another, the different-colored melts of the upper films combining with the melt layer of the lower film or lower layer prior to exiting the extruder die.
