摘要: A molybdic acid solution is provided containing 0.1 to 40.0 mass % of molybdenum in terms of MoO3, and has a particle size of 20 nm or less as measured by particle size distribution measurement using a dynamic light scattering method. A production method of the molybdic acid solution includes a step of adding an acidic molybdenum aqueous solution containing 1 to 100 g/L of molybdenum in terms of MoO3 to a 10 to 30 mass % ammonia aqueous solution to generate a molybdenum-containing precipitate, and a step of adding an organic nitrogen compound to a molybdenum-containing precipitation slurry in which the molybdenum-containing precipitate is formed into a slurry state to generate a molybdic acid solution.

摘要: A multilayer capacitor includes a laminate having a first side surface and a second side surface, a first side covering portion covering the first side surface, and a second side covering portion covering the second side surface. The laminate includes first conductor layers, second conductor layers, dielectric layers and insulating layers laminated in the z direction. Each first conductor layer is connected to the first side covering portion and spaced apart from the second side covering portion. Each second conductor layer is connected to the second side covering portion and spaced apart from the first side covering portion. The insulating layers have a lower dielectric strength than the dielectric layers. Each dielectric layer is sandwiched between a first conductor layer and a second conductor layer. The insulating layers include one sandwiched between two first conductor layers and one sandwiched between two second conductor layers.

A light emitting device includes: a light emitting element that contains the above-described phosphor; and an excitation source.

摘要: A bonding material includes: a copper foil; and a sinterable bonding film formed on one surface of the copper foil. The bonding film contains a copper powder and a solid reducing agent. The bonding material is used for bonding to a bonding target having, on its surface, at least one metal selected from the group consisting of gold, silver, copper, nickel, and aluminum. The bonding material is also used as a material for wire bonding. A bonded structure is also provided in which a bonding target having a metal layer formed on its surface and a copper foil are electrically connected to each other via a bonding layer formed of a sintered structure of a copper powder, wherein the metal layer contains at least one metal selected from the group consisting of gold, silver, copper, nickel, and aluminum.

摘要: A layered body includes: a substrate; and an oxide portion positioned on the substrate. An oxide that constitutes the oxide portion contains at least two or more rare-earth elements: silicon; and oxygen. The oxide that is contained in the oxide portion exhibits a diffraction peak derived from a (004) plane at a position of 2θ=51.9°±0.9° in an X-ray diffraction pattern, and has an apatite crystal structure. The ratio of linear expansion coefficient of the oxide that constitutes the oxide portion in an a-axis direction relative to linear expansion coefficient of the substrate is 0.15 or more and 1.45 or less.

摘要: Provided is a method for manufacturing a multilayer substrate capable of suppressing short circuits between bumps and the warpage of substrates. This method includes: providing a first substrate being a rigid substrate including first bumps, and a second substrate or semiconductor device including second bumps, the first bumps and the second bumps being composed of a metal or alloy having a melting point of 600° C. or more, and having a height of 0.3 μm or more; performing cleaning treatment on bonding surfaces of the first bumps and the second bumps under a pressure of 1×10−3 Pa or less, and subsequently stacking the first substrate and the second substrate or semiconductor device so that the bonding surfaces of the first bumps and the second bumps abut each other, and pressure-welding the first bumps and the second bumps at a temperature of 90° C. or less to form a multilayer substrate.

摘要: A bonding composition contains copper powder, a liquid medium, and a reducing agent. The reducing agent contains at least one amino group and a plurality of hydroxyl groups. The reducing agent has a boiling point that is higher than the boiling point of the liquid medium. The reducing agent has a melting point that is equal to or below the sintering temperature of the copper powder. Preferably, the reducing agent is bis(2hydroxyethyl)iminotris(hydroxymethyl)methane. Preferably, the bonding composition has a viscosity of from 10 Pa·s to 200 Pa·s at a shear rate of 10 s-1 at 25° C. Preferably, the bonding composition contains from 0.1 parts to 10 parts by mass of the reducing agent and from 10 parts to 40 parts by mass of the liquid medium with respect to 100 parts by mass of the copper powder.
