摘要: According to one aspect of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a carpet for vehicles comprises a surface skin layer 2 and a sound absorption layer 3 made of a nonwoven fabric integrally bonded to the surface skin layer 2 via an adhesive resin layer 4. The adhesive resin layer 4 is constituted by an air permeable resin layer formed by melting thermoplastic resin powder having a particle diameter of not smaller than 320 μm but not larger than 1,000 μm. An adhered amount of the thermoplastic resin powder is 180 to 500 g/m2. Air permeability of the entire carpet in a thickness direction thereof is 10 to 26 cm3/cm2·sec. With this structure, excellent sound absorption performance can be exerted against noise entering into an inside space of a vehicle from the above side, such as, the roof, doors, or windows, as well as noise entering from the lower side.

A content ratio of the filler in the second intermediate resin layer with respect to the resin ingredient thereof is smaller than a content ratio of the filler in the first intermediate resin layer with respect to the resin ingredient thereof. A thickness of the second intermediate resin layer is 100 μm or more. A thickness of the second intermediate resin layer is 50% or less of a total thickness of three resin layers.

摘要: A non-halogen series floor material includes an intermediate resin layer containing filler, resin having no chlorine atom in chemical structure as a primary resin ingredient and amorphous poly α-olefin resin whose number average molecular weight is 20,000 or less. The content of the amorphous poly α-olefin resin is 5 to 40% by weight with respect to entire resin ingredients. On the upper surface of the intermediate resin layer, a surface resin layer having a thickness of 30 to 1,000 μm is integrally formed. The surface resin layer includes no chlorine atom in chemical constitution. On the lower surface of the intermediate layer, a heat shrinkage-characteristic cloth is integrally formed by heating it to form a backing layer. This provides a non-halogen floor material that hardly generates toxic gases at the time of burning, can be manufactured at a low cost and is excellent in wear resistance, stain resistance, dimensional stability and workability.

摘要: A flow control device can variably control the flow rate with extremely high accuracy over a wide flow rate range from a high to a low flow rate with a single pump. In this flow control device, a pump is provided in a main pipe line through which fluid is fed. A bypass branches from the main pipe line at a point nearer to the discharge port than is the pump. A flowmeter and a flow control valve are provided in the bypass. In the bypass is further provided a back pressure regulating valve near the discharge port. The degree of opening of the flow control valve is adjusted based on the flow rate detected by the flowmeter. The back pressure regulating valve suppresses pressure fluctuation on the discharge side of the flow control valve.
