摘要： A manufacturing method for 123I-ADAM and an automatic manufacturing device thereof are disclosed. The manufacturing process for 123I-ADAM consists of four steps-add [123I] ammonium iodide solution, make oxidation reaction occur, terminate the reaction and neutralize the solution, filter and collect the filtrate. The automatic manufacturing device includes a plurality of units for taking each of the four steps that is disposed inside a chassis and is operated by automatic control. Users only need to put reactants into storage bottles respectively, turn on the power, and initiate the operation system, Then the preparation process of drugs for clinical diagnosis is finished within twenty minutes.

This device, with the possible help of a bias magnet, can be used to open and close the end of a fluid dispensing nozzle. An X-Y positioner can position a slide beneath the nozzle to produce a micro-array of fluid spots. The magnetostrictive nozzle can dispense fluid quantities as low as 50 pico-liters and operate at a rate of up to 10 kHz.

The reaction wells may be made of materials such as polypropylene. The sealing elements may be in the form of cylinders, tubes, rods, or tapered pins. The amount of a reaction product produced in the synthesis can be as much as 5 mg or more.

摘要： The present invention discloses an apparatus and method for rapid analysis of members of a combinatorial library. The apparatus includes a plurality of vessels for containing individual library members and a fluid handling system that apportions a test fluid about equally between each of the vessels. This allows for simultaneous screening of library members by detecting changes in test fluid following contact with individual library members. Fluid flow through each of the vessels is controlled using passive flow restrictors or active flow controllers to ensure that each library member contacts approximately the same amount of test fluid per unit time. The disclosed apparatus is especially useful for screening library members based on their ability to catalyze the conversion of fluid reactants.
