摘要: The invention relates to a shifting device for a motor vehicle transmission, comprising a first coupling component, a second coupling component rotatable about a transmission axis (A), an inner friction ring which has a conical surface on a radially outer face, an outer friction ring which has a conical surface on a radially inner face, and an intermediate friction ring which comprises a friction cone and is connected to the second coupling component for joint rotation with and for axial displacement with respect to the second coupling component, whilst the inner friction ring and the outer friction ring are connected to the first coupling component for joint rotation with and for axial displacement with respect to the first coupling component. The friction cone extends between the conical surfaces of the inner friction ring and outer friction ring, the coupling components being decoupled in the rotation direction in an axial starting position of the outer friction ring and being coupled in a frictional fit in the rotation direction in an axial frictional fit position of the outer friction ring. The intermediate friction ring has a C-shaped ring cross section extending peripherally in the circumferential direction, comprising a radially outer linear cone limb which forms the friction cone and comprises two substantially parallel conical friction surfaces, and comprising a radially inner linear axial limb which is integrally connected to the cone limb by a radial web.

A selector rod having a longitudinal axis is supported by the gearbox. A selector fork is slidably supported by the selector rod. The selector fork provides for the directed supply of splash oil to one of the group comprising the selector fork and the synchronizer.

摘要: Herein disclosed is a shift fork lubricating system for use in a transmission of the type in which shift forks (4.sub.1, 4.sub.3) have their bearing portions (10.sub.1, 10.sub.3) slidably fitted and supported on a shift fork shaft (2) and their forked pawl portions (6.sub.1, 6.sub.3) formed at their leading ends for engagement with circumferential grooves (8.sub.1, 8.sub.2) of shift gears (7.sub.1, 7.sub.3) so that the shift gears (7.sub.1, 7.sub.3) are shifted by the sliding controls of the shift forks (4.sub.1, 4.sub.3). The bearing portions (10.sub.1, 10.sub.3) of the shift forks (4.sub.1, 4.sub.3) have their inner circumferences formed at their center areas with annular oil grooves (16.sub.1, 16.sub.3), respectively, which are axially elongated and always in communication with oil ports (14.sub.1, 14.sub.3) opened to the outer circumference of the shift fork shaft (2). The shift forks (4.sub.1, 4.sub. 3) have their inner circumferences formed at both the sides of the annular oil grooves (16.sub.1, 16.sub.3) with pairs of sliding faces (17.sub.1, 17.sub.3 ; 18.sub.1, 18.sub.3) which have a substantially equal axial length and which are made slidable on the shift fork shaft (2). The shift forks (4.sub.1, 4.sub.3) are further formed therein with oil passages (15.sub.1, 15.sub.3) which are opened into the forked pawl portions (6.sub.1, 6.sub.3) thereof and which communicate with the annular oil grooves (16.sub.1, 16.sub.3).

摘要: An engine power unit for a vehicle has a crankcase made up of tow left and right crankcase members, and a lubricant feed pump disposed in one crankcase member in such a fashion that one side surface of pump rotors of the feed pump lies on the mating surface of the crankcase members. The feed pump is mounted on one end of the shaft of the feed pump while a drive gear for rotating the shaft is disposed on the opposite end of the shaft. A lubricant oil filter to which oil is delivered from the feed pump is disposed on the other crankcase member. Thus, the structure for supplying lubricating oil is simplified, and the power unit is reduced in size in its entirety.

摘要: A spline connection which comprises a spline boss having inward spline teeth; and a spline shaft engaged slidably with the spline boss and having outward spline teeth is disclosed. A header passage for a lubricant is formed along a core of the spline shaft and oil passages are further formed in the spline shaft in such a manner as to pierce therethrough radially from the header passage. At least one of the outward spline teeth of the spline shaft is provided at the top thereof with a groove crossing transversely the outer spline tooth so as to have the open end of the oil passage disposed in the groove.

摘要: A transmission shift fork engages with a coupling sleeve of a synchronizer and shifting the coupling sleeve. The transmission shift fork includes a first part, second part, and at least one fin. The first part is arranged to movably mount the transmission shift fork in a shift fork movement direction. The second part includes a coupling sleeve facing surface, an outwardly facing surface, and a pair of shift-direction facing surfaces. The coupling sleeve facing surface includes at least one coupling sleeve engagement part arranged to engage with an engaging groove formed on an external circumferential surface of the coupling sleeve. The outwardly facing surface includes an oil catch disposed in a position with respect to the coupling sleeve engagement part such that the oil catch captures lubricating oil and supplies to the coupling sleeve engagement part. The fin projects from inside an oil receiving recess defined by the oil catch.

摘要: A system for lubricating a transmission for a vehicle includes an auxiliary oil reservoir placed in the transmission case apart from transmission gears, an oil pump in the transmission case operated interlockingly with an output shaft of the transmission for pumping lubricating oil stored in the bottom of the case into the auxiliary oil reservoir, and a circulating means provided in the auxiliary oil reservoir for regulating the amount of oil circulated from the auxiliary oil reservoir into the transmission case, such that the amount of oil in the auxiliary oil reservoir is increased or decreased in accordance with a respective increase or decrease in the amount of oil discharged from the oil pump. This system allows the amount of lubricating oil stored in the transmission case to be reduced in accordance with an increase in vehicle speed, while ensuring the transmission is lubricated to a sufficient extent at all times by an oil splash scattered from the gears over the vehicle's full operating range, while avoiding attendant power loss and excessive rise in oil temperature which may otherwise result during high speed operation.
