摘要: A fluid port structure includes a tube and a cylindrical portion and receives injection of a fluid. The tube has sealability. A flow path through which the fluid flows is formed in the tube. In the cylindrical portion, a through hole that extends in an axial direction in which the fluid flows is formed. An upstream end portion of the tube is inserted into the through hole. An inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion has a tapered surface, and the more upstream a position on the tapered surface than a predetermined position in the axial direction, the larger a diameter of the portion of the through hole. The tube has a widening portion that widens along the tapered surface of the cylindrical portion in the upstream end portion.

摘要: A liquid chromatographic system includes a column, a needle, a valve, a pump, and an analysis flow path. The valve sets the analysis flow path by switching between a first flow path through which an eluent flows from the valve to the column via the needle and a second flow path through which the eluent flows from the valve to the column not via the needle. The first flow path can be cleaned by drive of a first cleaning pump while the first flow path is set, and the second flow path can be cleaned by drive of the first cleaning pump while the second flow path is set.

摘要: A portable fluidic platform for rapid and flexible end-to-end production of recombinant protein biologics includes a bioreactor system hosting stable and robust cell-free translation systems that is fluidically integrated with modular protein separation functionalities (e.g., size exclusion, ion exchange or affinity chromatography systems) for purification of the cell-free expressed product and which are configurable for process-specific isolation of different proteins, as well as for formulation. The bioreactor utilizes lysates from engineered eukaryotic (e.g., yeast) or prokaryotic (e.g., bacterial) strains that contain factors for protein folding and posttranslational modifications. Combination of various purification modules on the same fluidic platform allows flexibility of re-routing for purification of different proteins depending on specific target requirements. Protein synthesis and purification modules are integrated into self-contained disposable fluidic cartridge that eliminates cross-contamination between runs. The platform allows for flexible production of protein biologics within 24 hours (from DNA to purified product).

摘要: A high salinity wastewater treatment system is provided according to the present application, which includes a hydrogel loading system and a flow-storage different-oriented-inlet-and-outlet system. The hydrogel loading system includes six separation plates, a wastewater treatment area, a water distribution bin, a rotating shaft, a driving motor and a fixed bracket. The six separation plates evenly separate the wastewater treatment area into six separate treatment sectors in an axial direction. The six separate treatment sectors are filled with hydrogel materials with water purification effect. The high salinity wastewater infiltrates into each separate treatment sector one by one through high salinity wastewater inlet meshes on a surface of the wastewater treatment area, and the purified high salinity wastewater is discharged through a wastewater cleaning outlet pipe with a same water inlet direction as a cleaning filler distribution pipe.

摘要: Presteralized manifolds are provided which are designed for sterile packaging and single-use approaches. Disposable tubing and flexible-wall containers are assembled via aseptic connectors. These manifolds are adapted to interact with other equipment which can be operated by a controller which provides automated and accurate delivery of biotechnology fluid. The manifold also can be used in conjunction with one or more sensors such as pressure and conductivity sensors that interact with the controller or are connected to a separate user interface. An aseptic environment obtains avoiding or reducing cleaning and quality assurance procedures.
