摘要: Methods for synthesizing a water-soluble titanium-silicon complex are disclosed herein. The titanium-silicon complex can be utilized to produce titanated solid oxide supports and titanated chromium supported catalysts. The titanated chromium supported catalysts subsequently can be used to polymerize olefins to produce, for example, ethylene based homopolymer and copolymers.

The process can optionally include subjecting the initial calcined. catalyst to a cycle calcination that includes exposing the initial calcined catalyst to a second reducing gas and a second oxidizing gas to produce a cycle calcined catalyst. The process can optionally include subjecting the initial or the cycle calcined catalyst to a final calcination that includes exposing the initial or the cycle calcined catalyst to a third reducing gas or a third oxidizing gas. At least one of the cycle and the final calcination can be carried out. A calcined catalyst can be obtained at the end of the cycle or the final calcination.

摘要: Provided is a methanation catalyst processing method capable of suppressing degradation of a catalyst performance. A methanation catalyst processing method of the present disclosure includes oxidizing nickel through a heat treatment of a methanation catalyst by supplying an oxygen gas containing oxygen to a reactor, the reactor housing the methanation catalyst containing the nickel as a catalyst component. In the oxidizing, the oxygen gas is supplied to the reactor such that the oxygen is supplied to 1 g of the methanation catalyst at a supply rate in a range of from 0.0213 mmol-O2/sec·g-cat. to 0.0638 mmol-O2/sec·g-cat., and a time period of the heat treatment of the methanation catalyst by supplying the oxygen gas to the reactor is set to 30 minutes or more.

摘要: A hydrocarbon synthesis catalyst is for reacting a raw material gas including hydrogen and carbon dioxide to convert to hydrocarbons, wherein when elemental analysis of a surface of the hydrocarbon synthesis catalyst to be brought into contact with the raw material gas is performed by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDX), 15 to 65% by mass of Fe, 10 to 40% by mass of O, 0.04 to 30% by mass of Na, 0 to 15% by mass of Ni, and 5 to 30% by mass of Cr are detected.

摘要: The disclosure describes a method of depositing a plurality Ft metal containing nanodots on a catalyst carbon support structure by forming a vapor of Pt(PF3)4, exposing a surface of the catalyst support to the vapor of Pt(PF3)4, purging the surface of the catalyst support with a purge gas to remove the vapor of Pt(PF3)4, exposing the surface of the catalyst support to a second reactant in gaseous form, purging the surface of the catalyst support with a purge gas to remove the second reactant, and repeating these steps to form a plurality of the Pt metal containing nanodots.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing supported catalysts, comprising: providing a metal foam element A, which consists of metallic cobalt, an alloy of nickel and cobalt, or an arrangement of layers of nickel and cobalt, lying one over the other; applying an aluminum-containing powder MP to metal foam element A in order to obtain metal foam element AX; thermally treating metal foam element AX to achieve alloy formation between metal foam element A and aluminum-containing powder MP, in order to obtain metal foam element B; oxidatively treating metal foam element B, in order to obtain metal foam element C; and applying a catalytically active layer, comprising at least one support oxide and at least one catalytically active component, to at least part of the surface of metal foam element C, in order to obtain a supported catalyst. The present invention further relates to the supported catalysts that can be obtained using the method and to the use of said supported catalysts in chemical transformations.

摘要: A catalyst for the carbonylation of dimethyl ether to methyl acetate. The catalyst comprises a zeolite, such as a mordenite zeolite, at least one Group IB metal, such as copper, and/or at least one Group VIII metal, such as iron, and at least one Group IIB metal, such as zinc. Such a catalyst with combined metals provides enhanced catalytic activity, improved stability, and improved selectivity to methyl acetate, and does not require a halogen promoter, as compared to a metal-free or copper only zeolite.
