摘要: Disclosed is a method for producing an automobile sound absorbing member through molding. In the method, a first fiber and a second fiber are bonded to each other and molded at the same time, so that a working process and a process cycle are simplified, thereby improving production speed and reducing investment for equipment and facility. The method includes (a) preparing a first fiber and a second fiber, (b) providing an adhesive member between the first fiber and the second fiber and placing an aggregate of the first fiber, adhesive member, and the second fiber in a molding machine, and (c) pressing an upper mold and a lower mold of the molding machine so that the first fiber and the second fiber are bonded and molded into a molded body.

摘要: A method of fabricating a decorated molding article includes forming an all-in-one coating on a substrate and performing a curing step, thereby forming a composite layer structure with a protective effect, a color effect, and a bonding effect. The composite layer structure may form a molded film with better physical properties (e.g., higher hardness, better protection effect, and the like) after the blister molding process. Therefore, the molded film of the embodiments may be applied to a laser engraving process to form a variety of light-transmitting decorated molding articles.

摘要: Described herein is a process for preparing a foam (FA) with a Poisson's ratio in the range of from −0.5 to 0.3, the method including the steps of providing a foam (F1) with a flow resistance in the range of from 3000 to 8000 Pas/m, determined according to DIN EN 29053, and subjecting the foam (F1) to thermoforming including triaxial compression, wherein the foam (F1) is not reticulated prior to step (ii). Also described herein is the foam obtained or obtainable according to the process and the use of the foam as, for example, an energy absorbing device, preferably in protective gear, furniture, cushions, in cleaning devices with improved rinse-out behavior, in shoe soles, or as sealing, insulating or anchorage providing material for example used in earphones, ear plugs or dowels, or as acoustic material.

摘要: A forming method of a composite magnetic sheet. The forming method comprises a preparing step, a forming step and a heat-treating step. In the preparing step, magnetic slurry is prepared by mixing at least a soft magnetic powder having a flat shape, a first resin having a solid component and a second resin having a solid component, weight loss of the solid component of the first resin being 4.0% or less at 220° C., weight loss of the solid component of the second resin being 5.0% or more at 220° C. In the forming step, the magnetic slurry is formed into an intermediate body having a sheet-like shape. In the heat-treating step, the intermediate body is heat-treated at a heat-treatment temperature between 220° C. and 400° C. (both inclusive).

摘要: A method for producing a catheter includes inserting a temporary mandrel into a catheter tube, followed by preshaping a FPCB in a round hollow cylindrical shape and position it on the catheter tube. Then a shrink tube is positioned around the FPCB on the outside of the catheter tube. The assembly is preheated to the point that the shrink tube has fully contracted and directly contacts and closes the FPCB around the catheter tube. Then the assembly is heated above the melting temperature of the catheter tube to reflow the catheter tube material around the FPCB inside the shrinking tube. After a resting period to allow solidification of the assembly material the mandrel is removed from the inner lumen of the re-solidified catheter tube, and finally the shrink tube is removed.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for functionalizing a workpiece surface, comprising the following steps: a) providing a workpiece; b) providing a film; c) functionalizing at least one film side by the location-selective application of a functionalization composition comprising a polymer material onto part of the film side in one or more layers by means of a 3D printing process; d) creating an integrally bonded or interlocking connection between the workpiece surface and the film functionalized in step c) by bringing the film into contact with at least part of the workpiece surface, wherein the integrally bonded or interlocking connection to the workpiece surface is achieved with a functionalized film side. The invention further relates to workpieces having a surface functionalized according to the invention.
