摘要: A curable resin composition includes a silicon-containing polymer, hollow silica particles having greater than or equal to two times higher a maximum peak value in a Q4 region than that in a Q3 region, as measured by silicon nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (Si-NMR) analysis. A solvent, a thin film prepared from the composition, and a color conversion panel including the thin film, and a display device including the color conversion panel are also provided.

摘要: A polydiorganosiloxane having both a silicon bonded aliphatically unsaturated group and a silicon bonded poly(meth)acrylate polymer or copolymer is useful in a polyorganosiloxane hybrid pressure sensitive adhesive composition that cures to form a polyorganosiloxane hybrid pressure sensitive adhesive. The polyorganosiloxane hybrid pressure sensitive adhesive composition can be wet-cast or dry-cast on a substrate and cured to form a polyorganosiloxane hybrid pressure sensitive adhesive article. An adhesive article including the polyorganosiloxane hybrid pressure sensitive adhesive is also disclosed.

摘要: A curable composition contains: (A) a polydiorganosiloxane component including: (A1) greater than 3.1 wt % to 20 wt % of an aliphatically unsaturated polydiorganosiloxane polymer and (A3) a hydroxyl-terminated polydiorganosiloxane gum of unit formula (A-III); (B) a polyorganosilicate resin component including (B1) a capped resin, (B2) >18.53 wt % to 54.3 wt % of an uncapped resin; where the weight ratio of the uncapped resin (B2) to the capped resin (B1) is greater than 0.51 to 58.82; where component (A) and component (B) are present in amounts to provide a weight ratio of (B):(A) of 1.2:1 to less than 1.62:1; (C) a polyorganohydrogensiloxane that is present in an amount to provide a molar ratio of silicon bonded hydrogen atoms to alkenyl groups for the curable composition of 5 to 50; (D) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst in an amount sufficient to provide 1 to 1000 ppm of platinum group metal; and (E) a condensation reaction catalyst; where the content of alkenyl groups in the curable composition is 0.017 wt % to 0.089 wt %; and where wt % values are relative to the total weight of components (A), (B), (C), (D) and (E) unless otherwise stated.

摘要: A process for producing a silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is shown and described herein. The process comprises reacting a MQ silicone resin with a polydiorganosiloxane in the absence of a solvent. The MQ silicone resin is a solid, solventless MQ resin. The reaction may be conducted in the presence of a catalyst, a chain extension reagent, or a combination thereof, and the resulting pressure sensitive adhesive can be dissolved in a solvent and the solids content adjusted. The present method provides a manner to provide a cleaner adhesive material that is free of unwanted materials such as aromatic solvents and also substantially free of cyclic siloxane impurities.

摘要: A composition forms a silicon-containing underlayer film, the composition being for forming a silicon-containing resist underlayer film that enables formation of a good resist pattern without pattern collapse even when having a thinner thickness compared to conventional products, such as a thickness of 10 nm or less. The composition for forming a silicon-containing underlayer film contains: [A] a polysiloxane having a weight average molecular weight of 1,800 or less as determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) analysis in terms of polystyrene, and the amount of a component having a molecular weight of more than 2,500 is less than 20% in an integral molecular weight distribution curve prepared by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) analysis in terms of polystyrene; and [B] a solvent.

摘要: An oil-bleeding silicone rubber composition which comprises
100 parts by mass of (A) an organopolysiloxane containing an alkenyl group,
0.2-20 parts by mass of (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing a hydrogen atom bonded to a silicon atom,
(C) a catalyst based on a platinum-group metal, the amount of which is 0.5-500 ppm in terms of platinum-group metal amount (in mass) with respect to the total mass of the components (A) and (B),
1-10 parts by mass of (D) a specific phenyl-group-containing organopolysiloxane,
1-25 parts by mass of (E) a specific nonfunctional dimethylpolysiloxane, and
(F) a specific benzotriazole derivative, the amount of which is 2-100 mol per mol of the platinum atoms contained in the component (C).
The oil-bleeding silicone rubber composition gives cured objects having improved heat resistance, without containing any of conventional additives for improving heat resistance.-
