摘要: The present invention relates to a corrosion inhibitor and a corrosion inhibiting coating provided for coating a metal, particularly but not exclusively steel. The inhibitors pigment will also protect aluminium and magnesium alloys. The corrosion inhibitor particularly protects a sacrificial coating such as zinc or zinc alloy on galvanised steel, which in turn therefore provides improved corrosion resistance to the underlying steel. The present invention comprises an organic cation in a cation exchange resin.

摘要: The disclosure includes a method for determining an analyte in a sample in an interaction assay, including contacting a sample with an interaction modulator, wherein the interaction modulator is Poly-(4-styrenesulfonic acid-co-maleic acid) (PSSM), aminodextran, carboxymethyldextran, Poly-(2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid (PAMPS), triethylamine, triethanolamine, taurine, or dodecylsulfate. The disclosure includes a method for determining an analyte in an interaction assay, including contacting the sample with an interaction modulator, wherein the interaction modulator is an enhancer of the interaction assay at low analyte concentrations and is a retarder of the interaction assay at high analyte concentrations and wherein the interaction modulator is Poly-(4-styrenesulfonic acid-co-maleic acid) (PSSM) and/or Polyacrylic acid (PAA). The disclosure further relates to a kit having a detection agent specifically detecting an analyte and at least one interaction modulator. Further, the present disclosure relates to devices relating to the methods and kits.

摘要: Aqueous inkjet ink compositions are provided. In an embodiment, such a composition comprises water; resin particles; and a colorant; wherein the resin particles comprise a polymerization product of reactants comprising a monomer, an acidic monomer, a multifunctional monomer, and a reactive surfactant, the resin particles having a D(z, ave) of no greater than about 150 nm, a D(v,90) of less than about 200 nm, and a polydispersity index (PDI) of no greater than about 0.050. Methods of forming and using the aqueous inkjet ink compositions are also provided.

摘要: An aqueous composition including multi-stage latex polymer particles is provided. The multi-stage latex polymer particles include (A) a first-stage polymer containing (i) an ethylenically unsaturated acid monomer with two carboxylic acid groups and (ii) a first vinyl monomer, and (B) a second-stage polymer containing (i) an ethylenically unsaturated monomer with an epoxy group and (ii) a second vinyl monomer. An article including a nonwoven textile impregnated with the aqueous composition is also provided.

摘要: The present invention is a bio-electrode having layers on a substrate, wherein the layers include: (A) an electro-conductive layer including an electro-conductive wiring having a width of 200 μm or less; and (B) an ionic polymer containing layer including a polymer including a repeating unit-a having at least one selected from fluorosulfonic acid, fluorosulfonimide, and N-carbonyl-fluorosulfonamide, and having the weight-average molecular weight in a range of 1,000 to 500,000. This provides: a bio-electrode that allows thin, highly transparent, highly sensitive to a biological signal, excellent in biocompatibility, light-weight, manufacturable at low cost, capable of preventing significant reduction in the sensitivity to biological signals even when attached on the skin for a long time and when wetted with water or dried, and comfortable without itching, reddening, nor rash of skin; and a method for manufacturing a bio-electrode.

摘要: A bio-electrode including an electro-conductive base material and a living body contact layer formed on the electro-conductive base material, where the living body contact layer includes an electro-conductive polymer composite including a component A: a π-conjugated polymer and a component B: a dopant polymer, and the component B dopant polymer contains a repeating unit having any of fluorosulfonic acid, fluorosulfonimide, and N-carbonyl-fluorosulfonamide and has a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000 to 500,000. This provides: a bio-electrode that is a thin film of high transparency, has high sensitivity to biological signals, has excellent biocompatibility, is light-weight, can be manufactured at low cost, can control significant reduction in sensitivity to biological signals either when soaked in water, dried, or attached to the skin for a long time, causes no itchiness, red spots, rashes, etc. of the skin, and is comfortable; a bio-electrode composition; and a method for manufacturing a bio-electrode.

The actinic ray-sensitive or radiation-sensitive resin composition contains a resin (A) having a repeating unit (a) and a basic compound, a pKa of a conjugate acid of which is 13.00 or less, in which the repeating unit (a) has a non-ionic group which generates an acid in a case where a leaving group is eliminated by irradiation with an actinic ray or a radiation, in which a repeating unit obtained by replacing the leaving group with a hydrogen atom has a molecular weight of 300 or less, and the repeating unit (a) is a predetermined amount with respect to a total solid content of the actinic ray-sensitive or radiation-sensitive resin composition.
