摘要: A treatment liquid for a semiconductor device includes an alkanolamine; a hydroxylamine; an organic solvent; Ca; Fe; and Na, wherein the content of the alkanolamine in the treatment liquid is 0.1% to 5% by mass, the content of the hydroxylamine in the treatment liquid is 0.1% to 30% by mass, and each of the mass ratio of Ca, Fe, and Na with respect to the content of the alkanolamine and the hydroxylamine in the treatment liquid is 10−12 to 10−4.

摘要: Systems and methods are described for dissolving ammonia gas in deionized water. The system includes a deionized water source and a gas mixing device including a first inlet for receiving ammonia gas, a second inlet for receiving a transfer gas, and a mixed gas outlet for outputting a gas mixture including the ammonia gas and the transfer gas. The system includes a contactor that receives the deionized water and the gas mixture and generates deionized water having ammonia gas dissolved therein. The system includes a sensor in fluid communication with at least one inlet of the contactor for measuring a flow rate of the deionized water, and a controller in communication with the sensor. The controller sets a flow rate of the ammonia gas based on the flow rate of the deionized water measured by the sensor, and a predetermined conductivity set point.

摘要: A system for creating an oxidation reduction potential (ORP) in water employs a plurality of ozone supply units housed in separate enclosures. The ozone supply units feed into a manifold that contains a plurality of fluid paths and has one or more ozone intake ports. The ozone intake ports are fluidically coupled to one or more ozone output ports of each ozone supply unit. The manifold includes a plurality of flow switches configured to transmit control signals to one or more controllers of each ozone supply unit in response to sensing a flow of water through the fluid paths in order to cause the ozone supply units to generate ozone. The manifold also includes a plurality of fluid mixers that are fluidically coupled to the ozone intake ports and configured to introduce the ozone generated by the ozone supply units into the water flowing through the fluid paths.

The system may further include a second spray system configured to spray each of the animal carcasses or portions of meat with lactic acid or citric acid when each of the animal carcasses or portions of meat is transported to the second spray system by the conveyor.

摘要: The present invention discloses a photoresist-removing solution comprising of an N-containing compound and an organic substance in a mass ratio of 1:(0.5-150). The N-containing compound includes at least one of the followings: tetraalkylammonium hydroxide, ammonia, liquid ammonia, and a mixture of ammonia and water; wherein the tetraalkylammonium hydroxide has the general formula (I): wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 is an alkyl with 1 to 4 carbons, respectively. The organic substance is an organic substance having at least one electron-withdrawing functional group. The present invention mixes a specific kind of N-containing compound and a specific kind of organic substance in a certain ratio, and preferably adds a certain amount of water, so that the removal liquid in the present application has an extremely excellent photoresist-removing effect.
