摘要: The present disclosure describes a technology platform for creating and updating records of resources in a ledger. To create a record, a tenant organization may prepare a record to write to the ledger that may be flagged as temporary. Metadata may be added to the record, which flags the record as temporary. The metadata may comprise a unique code and an identification of a user that can approve the temporary record. The unique code and the identification may be sent, by the technology platform, to a device associated with one or more approving devices. Upon receiving the code and the identification of the transaction, the device may sign the unique code and invoke a routine based on the identification. The routine may fetch the temporary record. The device may compare the unique code to a code stored in the metadata of the temporary record. Upon valid verification of the unique code, the device may indicate authorization of the write. Based on the authorization, a proxy node associated with the technology platform may write a definitive record to the ledger based on the temporary record.

The present disclosure further relates to the use of the biomarker IGFBP-7 or of an agent that specifically binds to IGFBP-7 in a sample from a pregnant subject for diagnosing, for monitoring or for assessing the severity of preeclampsia or a preeclampsia-related condition. Finally, the present disclosure relates to a device or kit adapted to carry out the method of the present invention.

摘要: A solution for extracting substantially pure RNA from a biological sample is disclosed. The solution for extracting RNA from a biological sample containing RNA and at least DNA comprises:

The concentration of the peroxycarboxylic acid measured and additional peroxycarboxylic acid being added to the processing solution if the measured concentration is below a threshold level of the desired concentration, and additional water being added to the processing solution if the measured concentration is above a threshold level of the desired concentration. The system and related methods capable of being used in utilized with either live stream or static, storage tank based systems, to keep the concentration of peroxycarboxylic acid at or near desired concentration levels while experiencing less variation than experienced with conventional flow-based or hand-mixed systems.
