摘要: The present application relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing an electrode assembly of a secondary battery. Embodiments of the present application propose a method for manufacturing an electrode assembly of a secondary battery, the method comprising joining a positive electrode plate and a first separator to form a positive electrode composite plate body; joining a negative electrode plate and a second separator to form a negative electrode composite plate body; winding the positive electrode composite plate body and the negative electrode composite plate body together to form an electrode assembly, wherein the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate are disposed to isolate from each other by the first separator and the second separator.

摘要: A producing method for a lithium-ion secondary battery includes a positive-electrode-plate producing step of producing a positive electrode plate having a positive active material layer on a surface of a positive current collecting foil, an electrode-body producing step of producing an electrode body provided with the positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate, a housing step of housing the electrode body inside a battery case, an injecting step of injecting non-aqueous electrolytic solution into the battery case housed with the electrode body to produce an injection-completed battery, and an initial charging step of initially charging the injection-completed battery. The injecting step is to inject the non-aqueous electrolytic solution into the battery case housed with the electrode body in which a water content of the positive active material layer is 100 ppm or more.

摘要: A secondary battery with an exterior body having a novel scaling structure, and a structure of a sealing portion that relaxes a stress of deformation are provided. The secondary battery includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an electrolyte solution, and an exterior body enclosing at least part of the positive electrode, at least part of the negative electrode, and the electrolyte solution. The exterior body includes a first region having a shape with a curve, a shape with a wavy line, a shape with an arc, or a shape with a plurality of inflection points, and a second region having the same shape as the first region. The first region is in contact with the second region. Alternatively, the first region has a shape without a straight line. The secondary battery may be flexible, and the exterior body in a region having flexibility may include the first region.

摘要: An implantable medical device, battery and method include memory configured to store program instructions. At least one of circuitry or a processor are configured to execute the program instructions in connection with at least one of monitoring a biological signal or administering a therapy. The device includes a battery comprising a cell stack that includes an anode, a cathode, and one or more separator layers electrically insulating the anode from the cathode. The device includes a case having a feedthrough port and a feedthrough assembly disposed in the feedthrough port. The feedthrough assembly includes a ferrule having a lumen. An inner conductor is disposed within the lumen of the ferrule. The inner conductor is formed from a material having a first composition and a first coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE). An insulating core is disposed within the lumen of the ferrule and separates the inner conductor from the ferrule. The insulating core is formed from a material having a second composition and a second CTE. The first CTE of the inner conductor is equal to or greater than the second CTE of the insulating core and the first and second compositions are molecularly bonded with one another to form a hermetic seal between the inner conductor and the insulating core.
