A multilayer printed circuit board (100) includes a plurality of layers (101, 102, 104, 106, 108 and 110). Located within intermediate layer (106) is an inductor (200) which is shielded by top layer ground plane (202) and bottom layer ground plane (204). In another embodiment of the present invention, the inductor (200) can have its inductance adjusted by way of an inductance adjustement runner (316, 318) or by an electronic inductance adjustement device (408).
Abstract:
A twisted-pair conductor line structure is formed on a substrate (22) having insulated conductive layers (10, 11). The conductive layers are used to form first, second, third, and fourth conductive planar segments (16). A first conductive link (17) joins the first and second planar conductive segments to provide a first signal path. Similarly, a second conductive link (17) joins the third and fourth planar conductive segments to provide a second signal path. The first and second conductive links are operatively arranged to form a twist (17) in the first and second signal paths, such that the resulting magnetic fields (57, 59) around the twisted conductive segments will be opposite to each other for cancelling each other out, in order to reduce the magnetic field radiation to the surrounding environment.

Printed circuit panel for reducing cross talk between electrical circuit conductors (17, 18, 19, 20) wherein the conductors lie within individual parallel channels (13) within the same plane or different parallel planes within the induced voltage or cross talk region of an energized and a quiet conductor and either converge or diverge with respect to each other. The amount of relative convergence or divergence, preferably more than six degrees and less than 15 degrees, is that required to attenuate the magnitude of any signal induced by the activated conductor in a neighboring or quiet conductor to maintain an acceptable and desired signal-to-noise ratio.

Zur Übertragung von elektrischen Signalen wird eine Einrichtung mit einem Substrat (95) und zumindest zwei Streifenleitungen (96, 97) eingesetzt. Die zumindest zwei Streifenleitungen (96, 97) sind dabei an oder in dem Substrat (95) angebracht und weisen mehrere Überkreuzungen auf. Die Überkreuzungen sind in festgelegten Abständen über die Länge der Streifenleitungen (96, 97) verteilt.

Ce procédé d'hybridation consiste : - à munir un premier composant 1 de premiers plots 3 de réception de protubérances, - à munir un deuxième composant 2 de deuxièmes plots 5 de réception de protubérances, - les premiers 3 et deuxièmes 5 plots étant respectivement destinés à être associés deux à deux pour former des paires de plots, - puis, à munir les premiers plots et/ou les deuxièmes plots de protubérances 4 réalisées en un matériau fusible, - puis à reporter l'un sur l'autre les premier et deuxième composants, - puis à porter l'ensemble des premier et deuxième composants et corollairement les protubérances de soudure à une température de soudure pour interconnecter les premiers et deuxièmes plots de chaque paire de plots par soudage des protubérances sur ces plots, - et enfin, à faire refroidir la soudure ainsi obtenue. Parmi les protubérances 4 de matériau fusible équipant les premiers 3 et/ou les deuxièmes 5 plots, sont réalisées au moins trois protubérances 6 de plus grandes dimensions, et notamment de plus grande hauteur, de telle sorte qu'avant élévation de la température jusqu'à atteindre la température d'hybridation, le composant reporté ne repose limitativement que sur ces protubérances.
