Abstract: A controller (20) of a vehicle (1) according to one aspect is a controller (20) of a vehicle (1) including: a driving source (2) that generates power; a driving wheel (8); a friction clutch (5) that transmits torque corresponding to an engagement amount of the friction clutch (5) and is located on a power transmitting path through which the power is transmitted between the driving source (2) and the driving wheel (8); a clutch actuator (6) that changes the engagement amount of the friction clutch (5); and an acceleration operation sensor that detects an acceleration operation amount. The controller (20) includes processing circuitry configured to: determine whether or not the friction clutch (5) is in an engaged state; when it is determined that the friction clutch (5) is not in the engaged state, control the clutch actuator (6) such that the engagement amount of the friction clutch (5) becomes a value corresponding to the acceleration operation amount received from the acceleration operation sensor; and control the driving source (2) such that output torque of the driving source (2) becomes a value corresponding to the engagement amount or a value corresponding to a parameter corresponding to the engagement amount.

Abstract: A hybrid system (25) includes an engine (7), a generator (9) to be driven by the engine (7), an electric actuator (26) to be driven by electricity generated by the generator (9), a transmission mechanism (27) to transmit power from the engine (7), a hydraulic pump (17) to receive power from the engine (7) through the transmission mechanism (27) to deliver hydraulic fluid, and a hydraulic actuator (28) to be driven by hydraulic fluid delivered by the hydraulic pump (17). The transmission mechanism (27) includes a first transmission path (39) to transmit power from the engine (7) to the hydraulic pump (17) when a rotational speed of the engine (7) is a first rotational speed (R1), and a second transmission path (40) to transmit power from the engine (7) to the hydraulic pump (17) at a speed change ratio at which rotational speed is increased to a greater degree than the first transmission path (39) when the rotational speed of the engine (7) is a second rotational speed (R2) lower than the first rotational speed (R1).

Abstract: A driving system for a vehicle includes an engine including a fuel injection valve, an electric motor, a hydraulic clutch which connects/disconnects the engine to/from the motor, a hydraulic pressure sensor which detects hydraulic pressure of the clutch, and a controller which selectively executes one of a motor travel mode where the motor is activated and the engine is stopped, and an engine travel mode where at least the engine is activated. In a startup of the engine accompanying a change from the motor travel mode to the engine travel mode, the controller causes the clutch to transition from a disconnected state to a connected state, determines the connected state of the clutch based on hydraulic pressure detected by the hydraulic pressure sensor, and when the clutch is confirmed to be in a predetermined connection initial state, the controller causes the fuel injection valve to inject fuel.
