    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated body capable of manufacturing the laminated body having a metal layer excellent in adhesiveness with a substrate in a low-temperature process having less environmental load without applying a hydrophilizing pretreatment. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the laminated body composed of the substrate, an adhesion layer and the metal layer includes: the step of forming the adhesion layer by imparting an energy to a composition for the adhesion layer applied after applying the composition for the adhesion layer containing an acrylic resin including a repeating unit derived from an ethylenically unsaturated monomer having a divalent sulfur atom to the substrate or a metal foil; the step of forming the metal layer by using a means for (1) laminating the metal foil or (2) forming a metal film by using a deposition or a sputter on the adhesion layer when the adhesion layer is formed on the substrate in the step, or the step of forming the substrate by using a means for forming (3) an organic resin layer on the adhesion layer by a casting method when the adhesion layer is formed on the metal foil in the above step of forming the adhesion layer.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic layer laminate with a roughened metallic surface layer having a surface property i.e. high adhesion with a resin material, even in case the surface roughness is negligible, and a simple manufacturing method of the metallic layer laminate with excellent adhesion between a metallic layer and the resin base or a resin insulating film. SOLUTION: This metallic layer laminate has a thin resin film and the roughened metallic surface layer formed on the surface of the metallic layer. In addition, the metallic layer laminate has a fractal interfacial structure between the thin resin film and the roughened metallic surface layer which emerges when the metallic laminate is split in the normal direction. Further, the laminate shows that the fractal dimension of the interfacial structure calculated by applying the box count method setting the box size to 50 nm to 5 μm and the pixel size to not more than 1/100 of the box size, is 1.05 or more and 1.50 or less. The manufacturing method of the metallic layer laminate comprises a process to form the thin resin film on the surface of the metallic layer and a process to plate the metallic layer with the thin resin film.
