摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for storing soy sauce lees by which generation of nasty smell or microorganisms observed when storing soy sauce lees for a long period of time, is reduced; and to provide a formed body of soy sauce lees reduced in generation of nasty smell or microorganisms after a long storage.SOLUTION: The method for storing soy sauce lees comprises storing soy sauce lees in the state of a roll bale wrapped with film. The method for storing soy sauce lees comprises storing soy sauce lees the surface of which is wrapped with film and which is formed to have a bulk density of ≥500 kg/m. The roll bale consists mainly of soy sauce lees and is wrapped with film. The formed body of soy sauce lees has at least one shape selected from an almost cylindrical shape, a spindle shape, an almost spherical shape and an almost polyangular column shape, has a bulk density of ≥500 kg/m, consists mainly of soy sauce lees, and is wrapped with film over its surface.

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resting egg of rotifer which allows long-term preservation while maintaining hatching rate by solving the problem that preservation of resting eggs of rotifer which is useful as feed for aquatic animals under a normal condition leads to a deterioration in hatching rate, and provide a storing method therefor. SOLUTION: It is elucidated that a deterioration in hatching rate of the resting egg of rotifer is primarily caused by the oxidation of a main constituent by oxygen present in the environment. It is thereby recognized that resting egg from which oxygen is removed can be kept for a long term by maintaining the hatching rate. In the concrete, a rotifer resting egg is accommodated in an oxygen-free container, wherein a deoxidizer and an inert gas are enclosed in an oxygen impermeable container to be deaerated.
