摘要: A flow control device (1) for an HVAC fluid transportation system comprises a flow tube (10) formed in one piece, a flow measurement system (11) integrated with the flow tube (10) and configured to measure a volumetric flow of fluid (ϕ) through the flow tube (10), and an electronic circuit (12) arranged in a fixed fashion on the flow tube (10) and connected electrically to the flow measurement system (11). The flow control device (1) further comprises a control signal output terminal (13) attached to the flow tube (10) and connected to the electronic circuit (12). The electronic circuit (12) is configured to generate and apply on the control signal output terminal (13) an actuator control signal, using the volumetric flow of fluid (ϕ) measured by the flow measurement system (11), for an actuator actuating a valve of the HVAC fluid transportation system (2) arranged outside the flow tube (10) of the flow control device (1).

摘要: The invention relates to a control apparatus (3) for an HVAC system (5), wherein the control apparatus (3) has a communication module (33) for communicating with one or more components of the HVAC system (5). The control apparatus comprises a passive NFC transponder (34), which is set up to receive and store a unique identifier (341) of each of the one or more components from a mobile service apparatus (2) before a power supply for the control apparatus (3) is switched on, and a control module (35) which is set up to access stored identifiers (341) after a power supply for the control apparatus (3) has been switched on and to transmit control signals to components determined by the identifiers via the communication module (33). The invention also relates to a mobile service apparatus (2) and to components in the form of drives (1), sensor apparatuses, regulators, operating devices and/or communication devices of the HVAC system (5).

摘要: For controlling an HVAC component (3), a physical identifier object (5) associated with the HVAC component (3) is arranged in an area (41) with access to a wireless network (6) and at a location distant and separated from the HVAC component (3). Identifier information is obtained from the physical identifier object (5) by a mobile communication device (1) and transmitted via the wireless network (6) to a remote computer system (2). The remote computer system (2) returns HVAC component data linked to the identifier information. The mobile communication device (1) uses the component data for generating a user interface (100) for an HVAC virtual room unit for controlling the HVAC component (3). User commands received via the user interface (100) are transmitted by the mobile communication device (1) via the remote computer system (2) to the HVAC component (3) for controlling the HVAC component (3).
