The shape of the hollow protrudent portion can be changed by external force. At least a part of the second sealed container is breakable and arranged in the hollow protrudent portion. The part of the second sealed container can be broken by changing the shape of the hollow protrudent portion.

    摘要: Provided is a control device for a generator-motor including: a control section (111) for controlling a rotary electric machine (12) with use of an inverter (11); and a connection switch section (5) provided between a power source and the inverter, the connection switch section including a change-over contact (51) which is ON/OFF-controllable by the control section and a current reducing resistor (52) which are connected in parallel. The control section performs ON/OFF control of the change-over contact in accordance with drive characteristics of the rotary electric machine so that a drive current that flows when the rotary electric machine operates as a motor falls within a range not exceeding a permissible current value of the rotary electric machine.

    摘要: The invention is to provide a semiconductor apparatus configured to position a semiconductor device reliably and easily without having a protruding portion formed in the bottom surface of the semiconductor device in the semiconductor apparatus. A semiconductor apparatus is fabricated by attaching a semiconductor device of a surface mount package type and a wiring member to a heat sink. A fitting portion in which the semiconductor device is fit is provided to the wiring member, so that the semiconductor device is positioned by fitting the semiconductor device into the fitting portion provided to the wiring member. According to the semiconductor apparatus of the invention, it becomes possible to position the semiconductor device at a high degree of accuracy.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an electrical rotating machine that prevents heat generated from a stator winding from being transmitted to an inverter circuit. A rotor having a field winding, and a stator having a stator winding arranged so as to surround the rotor are provided. One end of a rear bracket is connected to the stator, and arranged inside the rear bracket is a heat sink assembly including a heat sink having switching elements for controlling the field winding and the stator winding mounted thereto. The heat sink assembly is fixed to protruding portions protruding from an end surface of the rear bracket.

When the generator motor operates as a motor and a variation value of an output torque or power generation amount thereof exceeds a predetermined value, the control circuit portion controls the inverter portions so as to stop armature current flowing in at least one set in plural sets of three-phase windings.

The fullness detection section (164) is disposed at a tip portion of the actuator (16), being configured so as to contact the uppermost paper on the paper output tray (80). The rear edge curling detection section (162) is formed so as to extend from the fullness detection section (164) toward a direction that gets further away from the paper loading surface of the paper output tray (80) toward a direction generally parallel to the paper loading surface of the paper output tray (80) and opposite to a paper conveying direction.
