Abstract:
A PTO transmission system in a vehicle for transmitting power to a PTO shaft driving an implement comprises a planetary drive unit having first and second input and output coupled to the PTO shaft. The first and second input are coupled to an output shaft of the vehicle engine and to an output shaft of a drive motor, respectively. A control system controls the transfer of power from a power source to the drive motor. The power source is a variable power generating source driven by the PTO shaft. The drive motor is configured and adapted to decrease or increase the rotational speed of the output of the planetary drive unit on an increase or decrease of the power transferred to it, respectively.
Abstract:
A hydraulic working machine has an assist electric motor connected to an engine and a hydraulic pump. The emissions of air pollutants in the exhaust gas from the engine are minimized regardless of fluctuations in the load torque of the hydraulic pump. A specific revolution speed suitable for reducing the emissions of air pollutants is stored, and an engine is controlled using the specific revolution speed as a target revolution speed. The absorption torque of a hydraulic pump is subjected to high-pass filtering whereby a high-frequency component devoid of a trend component is obtained. Target assist torque is computed from the high-frequency component, and the assist electric motor is subjected to power running/generation control accordingly. A specific output torque range suitable for reducing the emissions of air pollutants is stored, and the target assist torque is corrected so that the trend component does not exceed the specific output torque range.

A mounting surface of an agricultural work vehicle power takeoff system. In one example, an agricultural vehicle includes a power takeoff (PTO) device. The PTO device includes a drive shaft and a mounting surface. Furthermore, the mounting surface includes a plurality of threaded apertures for coupling an auxiliary system to the PTO device, and a pilot configured to engage with a complimentary pilot of the auxiliary system to facilitate alignment of the PTO device with the auxiliary system. The mounting surface and the auxiliary system have the same mounting configuration.
Abstract:
A face camera mount structure in a vehicle has a camera for imaging a driver's face being disposed on a reverse side of a dial at a portion that does not interfere with a speedometer design portion on the dial. A camera facing portion of the dial that faces a lens of the camera is covered with a print of a near-infrared light passing ink that selectively passes a near-infrared light. The high transparency factor of the near-infrared light through the ink makes it possible for the camera to image a sufficiently bright near-infrared light image without being recognized by a driver of the vehicle.

Systems and methods for improving operation of a hybrid vehicle are presented. In one example, driveline operation may be adjusted in response to operating the hybrid vehicle in a four wheel drivel low gear range. The approaches may improve vehicle drivability and reduce driveline degradation.
