The indented antimicrobial paper may have a base layer and an antimicrobial layer. Further, the indented antimicrobial paper may have an indented texture which has alternating high points and low points. The indented antimicrobial paper may have channels between the alternating high points and low points to prevent liquid pooling. The indented antimicrobial paper may cushion items placed on and/or absorb forces applied to the indented antimicrobial paper.

The multi-ply web includes at least a first ply and a second ply which are interconnected in one or more adhesive interconnection zones by an adhesive composition including polyvinyl alcohol or a cellulose ether, and a cationic polymer. Also disclosed is a method for improving the bleed fastness of a fluorescent whitening agent in one or more adhesive interconnection zones of a multi-ply web of flexible material, such as paper and nonwoven material, which multi-ply web includes at least a first ply and a second ply which are interconnected in the adhesive zone(s) by an adhesive composition including polyvinyl alcohol or a cellulose ether. The method includes a step of incorporating a cationic polymer in the adhesive composition comprising polyvinyl alcohol or a cellulose ether.

The semiconductor device can be bent, and the thickness of the semiconductor device itself is less than or equal to 30 μm. The semiconductor device is embedded in a paper in a papermaking process.
