摘要: A laminated panel is provided which comprises, or consists of, a core panel to which an elastomeric resin impregnated single finishing printed paper layer has been applied. The paper for the single finishing printed paper layer is printed to provide a design feature on the laminated panel. Preferably, the design feature has been printed on a lower surface of the single finishing printed paper layer. As a result of the resin impregnation and heating and pressing operations, the single finishing printed paper layer becomes translucent or transparent, and thus allows the printed design feature to become visible. The design feature can be printed onto the single finishing printed paper prior to treatment with the elastomeric resin, or printed onto the previously treated elastomeric resin impregnated paper. The laminated panels can be used in the production of laminated flooring, wall panels or furniture panels.

Especially advantageously, the at least one metal layer (2, 3, 14) is connected to the paper ceramic layer (11) by means of at least one glue layer (6, 6a, 6b), which is produced by applying at least one glue (6a′, 6a″, 6b′, 6b″) to the metal layer (2,3, 14) and/or to the paper ceramic layer (11), wherein the cavities in the form of pores in the paper ceramic layer (11) are filled at least at the surface by means of the applied glue (6a′, 6a″, 6b′,6b″).

摘要: The present invention is directed to a laminate having a first exterior surface and a second exterior surface, the laminate includes a first layer comprising a heat sealable material, a second layer comprising a cyclic olefin copolymer, a third layer comprising a metallic foil or metallized polymer material, and a fourth layer comprising a thermoplastic film or paper. The laminate provides high oxygen and/or moisture barrier properties and can withstand the corrosive effects of products containing solvents, halogens or strong acids and bases.

摘要: A metal-clad laminate according to the present embodiment includes an insulating layer, and a metal layer present on at least one surface side of the insulating layer. The insulating layer is a laminate of at least three layers of a center layer, a first resin layer present on one surface side of the center layer, and a second resin layer present on the other surface side of the center layer. The center layer, the first resin layer and the second resin layer each contain a cured product of a resin composition. Coefficients of thermal expansion of the cured products of the resin compositions contained in the first resin layer and the second resin layer are smaller than a coefficient of thermal expansion of the cured product of the resin composition contained in the center layer.

In the first process, an acute angle portion included in a contour of a predetermined shape is specified. In the second process, an approximation curve along a contour of the acute angle portion specified in the first process and is located inside the predetermined shape is obtained. In the third process, movement route data for the acute angle portion is created along the approximation curve obtained in the second process. The movement route data is usable for, for example, control of moving a heater of the foil transfer device.
