The substrate includes a first end portion on which the semiconductor element is mounted, and a second end portion opposite the first end portion for disposing the support member. The support member includes a first support and a second support, and the first support and the second support each includes a protrusion and an engagement hole for engaging with the protrusion. The protrusion of the first support engages with the engagement hole of the second support to fix the first support and the second support such that the substrate is compressed and supported by the first support and the second support.

摘要: A urea concentration identification device comprising a concentration identification sensor unit (2) and a support unit (4) attached at the bottom end thereof with this sensor unit and provided at the top end thereof with a mounting unit (4a) to a urea solution tank opening. The concentration identification sensor unit (2) has an indirectly-heated concentration detector and liquid temperature detector provided with metal fins (21c),(22c), respectively, for heat-exchanging with urea solution. The concentration identification sensor unit (2) is provided with a cover member (2d) that forms an opposite-ends-opened urea solution induction passage so as to surround the metal fins (21c), (22c). A single-pulse voltage is applied to the heating element of the indirectly-heated concentration detector to heat it, and a urea concentration is identified at an identification operation unit based on an output from a concentration detection circuit including the temperature sensing element of the indirectly-heated concentration detector and the liquid temperature detector.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for producing a synthetic resin mold package at high yield from which package a pair of the surface of an internal device is exposed. A to-be-exposed part of the surface of the internal device composed of an insulating substrate (2) and thin film electrodes (4, 5) and an insulating protective film (6) formed on the substrate is covered with a coating agent (42), and a die pad portion (8) is bonded to the back surface of the internal device. After placing the thus-obtained structure in a mold consisting of a lower mold (46) and an upper mold (48), a pin (50) is inserted into the mold so that the front end of the pin is pressed against the die pad portion (8), thereby keeping the surface of the coating agent (42) pressed against the inner surface of the upper mold (48). Then, a synthetic resin (52) is injected into the mold and cured therein. The thus-obtained resin sealed body is taken out from the mold, and the coating agent (42) is removed from the resin sealed body.

These rubber-like or rubber-like-material-containing articles include a rubber-like elastic article made from a hydrogenated natural polyisoprenoid or a modified product thereof. A polymer obtained by reacting a natural polyisoprenoid with hydrogen in a solvent in the presence of a hydrogenation catalyst, for example, can be used as the hydrogenated natural polyisoprenoid. The hydrogenated natural polyisoprenoid preferably has a degree of hydrogenation of 50% or more. The hydrogenated natural polyisoprenoid preferably has a weight-average molecular weight of 20×104 or more and a molecular-weight distribution of 2.0 or more. The rubber-like or rubber-like-material-containing articles have excellent heat resistance and weather resistance, and are also excellent in view of resources and environment, because they use plant-derived raw materials.

摘要: To propose an audio control system in that even if it has a thin center speaker, low sounds can be felt to be heard from the center speaker. A low frequency signal in a center channel audio signal is delayed, and then the delayed signal is added to a right and a left channel audio signals, and they are transmitted to the corresponding left speaker and right speaker in the state where it is delayed from a high frequency signal in the above center channel audio signal. Thereby, a low sound based on the low frequency component in the center channel audio signal can be emitted as if it is emitted from a thin center speaker, by a phenomenon that sounds are heard as the position is deviated to the direction where there is the sound reached to the ears at first (HAAS effect).

摘要: A flow rate detector (5) including a heater and a temperature sensor is connected to a thermal conductor (6), and a fluid temperature detector (9) including a temperature sensor is connected to a thermal conductor (10). A housing (2) encloses the flow rate detector (5), the fluid temperature detector (9) and parts of thermal conductors (6, 10). The housing (2) also encloses a memory (1) that stores individual information of a flow rate sensor unit used for determining flow rates by using signals from a detector circuit containing the heater, the temperature sensor of the flow rate detector and the temperature sensor of the fluid temperature detector. The flow rate detector (5), the fluid temperature detector (9) and the memory (1) are connected to a plurality of leads (4) in the housing (2). The housing (2) is connected to a fluid channel (13), into which the thermal conductors (6, 10) extended. The flow rate sensor unit reduces the difference in measurment between the different sensor units.

摘要: A pipe line for fluid to be detected is formed so that heat from a flow rate detector in which a thin-film heating element and a thin-film temperature sensing element are laminated on a first surface of a substrate through an insulating layer is transferred to and absorbed by the fluid. In the flow rate detector, the temperature sensing which is affected by the heat absorption of the fluid due to the heating of the thin-film heating element is executed by the thin-film temperature sensing element, and the flow rate of the fluid in the pipe line is detected on the basis of the temperature sensing result. A fin plate extending into the pipe line is joined to a second surface of the substrate of the flow rate detector by a joint member, and the fin plate extends so as to pass through the central portion on the circular section of the pipe line. The dimension of the fin plate in the direction of the pipe line is larger than the dimension L2 of the thickness. Accordingly, even when the fluid is viscous fluid having relatively high viscosity, and further even when the flow rate is relatively small or under a broad environmental temperature condition, the flow rate of the fluid-flowing in the pipe line can be accurately measured.
