    摘要: A gas compressor control device and a gas turbine plant control mechanism are disclosed. A fuel gas pressurized by a gas compressor is supplied to a gas turbine via fuel gas piping. A gas turbine control device adjusts the flow rate of the fuel gas into the gas turbine by exercising opening and closing control of a pressure control valve and a flow control valve. The gas compressor control device controls a fuel gas pressure at the outlet of the gas compressor by effecting opening and closing control of a recycle valve and an IGV. If load rejection or load loss occurs, the gas compressor control device opens the recycle valve in a preceding manner and closes the IGV in a preceding manner. Thus, elevation of the fuel gas pressure at the gas compressor outlet can be prevented, and elevation of a fuel gas pressure at an inlet of the gas turbine can be suppressed, thereby ensuring stable operation.

    摘要: A simulation-verification personal computer comprises a control device simulating simulator personal computer, and a plant model simulator personal computer. The control device simulating simulator personal computer is loaded with a control logic incorporated into a control device. The plant model simulator person computer is loaded with a plant model logic. Upon receipt of an operation command signal, the control logic sends a control command signal, for controlling the run of a plant, to the plant model logic. Upon receipt of the control command signal, the plant model logic performs a simulated action showing the action status of the plant, and outputs a run status signal showing the action status. Both the control logic and the plant model logic use Linux as their OS, and thus can work simultaneously on the personal computers.

    摘要: A combined cycle plant includes a gas turbine fuel control valve which controls supply of first fuel; a duct burner fuel control valve which controls supply of second fuel; a generator; a gas turbine, a boiler and a steam turbine. The gas turbine drives the generator by burning the first fuel supplied through the gas turbine fuel control valve. The boiler has a duct burner, heats gas exhausted from the gas turbine by burning the second fuel supplied through the duct burner fuel control valve by the duct burner, and heats water with the heated exhausted gas to generate steam. The steam turbine is driven with the steam to drive the generator. The combined cycle plant is further comprised of a controller which controls the gas turbine fuel control valve and the duct burner fuel control valve. The controller controls an open degree of the gas turbine fuel control valve such that rapid increase of the supply of the first fuel is restrained when the supply of the second fuel to the duct burner is stopped.

    摘要: The invention provides an emergency brake apparatus for a vehicle which can brake both of front and rear tire wheels of a vehicle by using an oil pressure, at an emergency time. For this purpose, a pressure oil of a hydraulic power source is changed to a pilot oil pressure which is reduced from a high pressure to a low pressure in correspondence to an operation amount of an emergency brake valve (77) operated at the emergency time, and this pressure is output to a relay valve (3). The pressure oil of the hydraulic power source is increased in an inverse proportional manner from a low pressure to a high pressure in correspondence to the pilot oil pressure, and this pressure is output to a front tire wheel brake (64), thereby urgently braking the front tire wheel.

    摘要: In a pattern forming method, a cell pattern of each of memory cells is separated into a first pattern group provided at a predetermined position inside from an endmost portion of a cell and a second pattern group excluding the first pattern group. A mask size of the second pattern group is determined such that the second pattern group secures a sufficient process margin relative to a given size and size accuracy. A mask size of the first pattern group is optimized according to a peripheral pattern environment such that the first pattern group has a desired size under the above condition. A mask pattern of the memory cell is formed according to the mask size of the second pattern group and the first pattern group. The cell pattern is formed on a semiconductor wafer, using the mask pattern.
