摘要: A PDP is proposed which has high emission efficiency and which can decrease address discharge voltage. In a column direction of at least one of transparent electrodes, which perform sustain discharge via respective discharge gaps of a pair of row electrodes and constituting a row electrode pair, is set to 150 μm or less, and partial pressure of xenon in discharge gas sealed in a discharge space is set to 6.67 kPa or more. A width of a scan electrode, which is one row electrode of each of the row electrode pair facing the column electrode and to which scan pulse is applied, is wider than a width of the other row electrode of the pair to which discharge sustain voltage is applied.

摘要: A basic control process is performed on a mobile phone. From the basic control process, various processes are branched and performed, such as a normal standby process, unread mail reading standby process, and Braille pattern data generation process. In each of the processes, each of the Braille pins of a Braille display device provided for the mobile phone is raised, as occasion demands, by drive-control performed by a Braille driving device, and for example, the content of an unread mail, the content of a creating email, and a phone number in a phone call or the like on the mobile phone are displayed as a Braille pattern. The raising direction of the Braille pins is set on the rear surface different from the operation surface of the mobile phone. Thus, while holding the mobile phone in one hand, a user can perform the operation related to the phone call or email and can quickly and accurately perceive or sense various text information displayed in Braille.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a solid oxide fuel cell assembled with an internal reforming mechanism stable and efficient over a long period. To achieve the object, in the present invention, a fuel-electrode layer 3 and an air-electrode layer 4 are disposed on both surfaces of a solid electrolyte layer 2; a fuel-electrode-side porous metal 6 and an air-electrode-side porous metal 7 are disposed on the outer surfaces of the fuel-electrode layer 3 and the air-electrode layer 4, respectively; and a separator 8 is disposed on each of the outer surfaces of the fuel-electrode-side porous metal 6 and the air-electrode-side porous metal 7. Then, the solid oxide fuel cell is constructed by closely adhering them all. The pores 6a in the fuel-electrode-side porous metal 6 is partially or fully filled with a hydrocarbon reforming catalyst 10, and reforming reaction is driven by the reforming catalyst 10 before a fuel gas reaches the fuel-electrode layer 3.

摘要: The front glass substrate and the back glass substrate are placed opposite each other with display cells in between. MIM electron-emitting devices each structured by the opposed cathode electrode and gate electrode sandwiching an insulator layer are arranged in matrix form on the inner face of the front glass substrate. An anode electrode and phosphor layers emitting visible light by being excited by ultraviolet light are provided on the inner face of the back glass substrate. The display cells are filled with an ultraviolet-light-emitting gas generating ultraviolet light by being excited by electrons.
