摘要： A bread maker including a main body having an oven compartment with a front opening, a door to open and close the front opening of the oven compartment, a pair of kneading drums spaced apart from each other inside the oven compartment and winding a mixing bag filled with ingredients for bread thereon, a drum driver driving the kneading drums to rotate, a heater heating the inside of the oven compartment, and a heater driver driving the heater to operate. The bread maker includes a door sensor sensing whether the door is open or closed; and a controller controlling the drum driver and the heater driver to suspend the kneading drum and the heater, respectively, when the door sensor senses that the door is open. With this configuration, the bread maker and a method of controlling the same, suspends heaters and kneading drums when a door is open while the bread maker operates, thereby increasing safety and decreasing loss of heat and electrical energy.

摘要： A steam generating apparatus, and an oven including the same. The apparatus includes a water tank adapted to enable convenient cleaning, and is adapted to heat water in the water tank via an induction heating method to generate steam rapidly. The water tank is provided with a steam discharging pipe. The apparatus further includes an induction coil assembly, an induction heating member fitted to the water tank such that it is located near the induction coil assembly, a barrier inserted into the water tank such that only a small amount of water is directly heated by the induction heating member which generates heat by the induction coil assembly, and a cover closing an upper portion of the water tank. The steam discharging pipe is connected with a steam supplying pipe which communicates a cavity with a cooking compartment to supply steam from the apparatus to the cooking compartment.

摘要： A bread maker having a main body, an oven accommodated in the main body, a baking tray provided inside the oven, and a door rotatably connected to the main body to open and close the oven, the bread maker including a sealing part on an inside of the door to prevent leakage of heat from the oven, and a rib extending from the baking tray to contact the sealing part. The sealing part of the door contacts a rib formed on the baking tray when the door is closed so that the sealing part does not protrude into the oven, which prevents the sealing part from being damaged or deformed by an external force, and allows the door to be manufactured using a simple assembling process that increases productivity. The bottom of the oven includes a protuberant part that minimizes the effects of an external force.

摘要： Provided is an athermal external cavity laser (ECL), whose output optical power and output wavelength can be kept regular irrespective of temperature changes without using additional temperature controlling components. The ECL comprises: a semiconductor amplifier; an optical fiber comprising a core in which a Bragg grating is formed and a cladding surrounding the core; and a thermosetting polymer that fixes the optical fiber to a ferrule and has a negative thermooptical coefficient, wherein the thickness of the cladding surrounding the core in which the Bragg grating is formed is smaller than the portion of the cladding surrounding the portion of the core where the Bragg grating is not formed, and the thermosetting polymer the negative thermooptical coefficient surrounds the cladding. The ECL does not need additional temperature controlling components and thus can be manufactured compact and at low cost, and thus can be used as a light source of a dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) system in designing economical WDM passive optical networks (PON).

摘要： A surface treatment method of an FRP substrate is provided. According to the method, an FRP substrate that is less deformed than a conventional flexible substrate material is used, and surface roughness, which is a drawback of the FRP substrate, is improved so that it may be applied to the fabrication of a device. In order to reduce the surface roughness of an FRP substrate, the FRP substrate is coated with an organic insulating solution and thereby planarized. Due to the reduced deformation and superior flatness, failures occurring due to misalignment in a photolithography process may be prevented.

摘要： A cooking apparatus which allows an interior of a cabinet thereof to be easily cleaned. The cooking apparatus includes a cabinet. The cabinet has an opening in a top surface defining a heating space. A heating unit to heat food is installed in the heating space and heat is transmitted from the heating unit to the food. A grill unit is seated on the top surface of the cabinet to support the food over the opening. A contamination preventing unit is installed in the heating space to prevent an inside surface of the cabinet from being contaminated with material dropping from the food. The cooking apparatus of the present invention guides splashed material back to a tray when the material collides with the tray splashes. The contamination preventing unit may be removed from the heating space, enabling a user to easily clean the contamination preventing unit.

摘要： A cooking apparatus having a grill part to cook food thereon, and electric heaters as a heating source to cook food, including: a grill reflecting member reflecting a heat generated from the electric heaters to the grill part, having an oil guiding hole which guides oil coming out of food being cooked; and an oil collector disposed in a lower side of the grill reflection member, collecting the oil passing through the oil guiding hole downward. Thus, the oil generated in the course of cooking can be collected in the oil collector through the grill reflection member, thereby providing a cooking apparatus that can enhance cooking efficiency.

摘要： Provided are an apparatus and method using large-area organic vapor phase deposition for formation of organic thin films and organic devices. The apparatus includes a deposition part and a source part. The deposition part includes a process chamber; a substrate holder installed in the process chamber for supporting a loaded substrate; a substrate temperature controller installed in the substrate holder for controlling the temperature of the substrate; and a shower head installed opposite the substrate holder in the process chamber for uniformly distributing onto the substrate organic source vapors to be used for a deposition reaction. The source part includes a source chamber for generating organic source vapors to be supplied to the shower head; a source heater which surrounds the source chamber and allows organic materials to evaporate to be organic source vapors in the source chamber; and a transfer gas supply source for supplying transfer gas that is used to transfer the organic source vapors to the process chamber.
