    Abstract: A method of recycling polyester fabric includes following steps. A polyester fabric including polyethylene terephthalate and dyes is provided. An extraction process including using ethylene glycol as an extraction solvent, immersing the polyester fabric in the extraction solvent, and extracting under a temperature of 80° C. to 180° C. is performed to remove the dyes from the polyester fabric. A depolymerization process including using a chemical depolymerization solution to depolymerize the polyester fabric treated with the extraction process to obtain a product including BHET is performed. The chemical depolymerization solution is ethylene glycol. A purification process is performed to remove impurities of the product obtained by the depolymerization process and to obtain a purified BHET. A solvent recycling process is performed. The solvent recycling process includes collecting waste solutions of the extraction process and the depolymerization process, and recycling ethylene glycol in the waste solutions by a distillation separating system.

    Abstract: A polyvinyl chloride artificial leather without a foaming structure is provided. The polyvinyl chloride artificial leather includes a base fabric layer and a top fabric layer directly formed on the base fabric layer. The top fabric layer has a solid structure extendedly formed from one surface of the top fabric layer to the base fabric layer, and the solid structure is formed by a fabric composition. The solid structure has a predetermined thickness. The fabric composition includes 40 to 70 parts by weight of a polyvinyl chloride resin and 30 to 60 parts by weight of a polymer plasticizer. A weight average molecular weight of the polymer plasticizer is within a range from 1,500 to 6,000, a molecular structure of the polymer plasticizer has at least one soft segment that is in a linear shape, and the at least one soft segment has an ether group.

    Abstract: A resin composition includes ABS resin and modified polyester resin, where the modified polyester resin includes a polyester material, a compatibilizer, a toughening agent, a crystallization inhibitor, a slip agent, and an antioxidant. The compatibilizer includes PP-MA, PE-MA, ABS-MA, E-MA-GMA, E-VA-GMA, POE-GMA, PE-GMA, ABS-GMA, or combinations thereof. The toughening agent includes POE, MBS, PTW, or combinations of the above. The crystallization inhibitor includes IPA copolyester, IPA and CHDM copolyester, PETG, PCTG, or combinations of the above. The slip agent includes stearate, polyethylene wax, modified silicone, fluororesin, or combinations thereof. The antioxidant includes a hindered phenolic antioxidant, a phenolic antioxidant, a phosphite antioxidant, or combinations of the above.

    Abstract: A polyethylene terephthalate (PET) copolyester and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The manufacturing method includes the following steps. A dispersion slurry including a talcum powder is formulated, wherein the talcum powder has an average particle size of 1 μm to 50 μm and an average specific surface area of 7 m2/g to 20 m2/g. Next, a terephthalic acid and an ethylene glycol are mixed, and the dispersion slurry and a crystallization accelerator are introduced, so as to carry out a transesterification reaction and therefore form a bis-2-hydroxylethyl terephthalate (BHET). Afterwards, a prepolymerization reaction and a polycondensation reaction are carried out to form a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) copolyester.
