摘要: There is provided a touch input device which is capable of changing inputs based on the intuitive selection of a finger. Controller 12 detects a plurality of noncontact positions which represent respective positions of a plurality of detectable objects that have moved close to operation surface 11 within a predetermined distance, and a contact position which represents the position on operation surface 11 of one of the detectable objects which has contacted operation surface 11, and outputs detection signals based respectively on the noncontact positions and the contact position.

摘要: An image data obtaining unit (102) obtains image data picked up by an image-pickup device. An identification information obtaining unit (101) obtains identification information of a device that is wirelessly communicated when the image data is obtained. An image data memory unit (104) stores, in association with each other, the obtained image data and the identification information obtained when the image data is obtained. The identification information obtaining unit (101) obtains the identification information of the device wirelessly communicated at a predetermined timing after the image data memory unit (104) stores the image data and the identification information in association with each other. A searching unit (106) searches image data associated with the obtained identification information among pieces of the image data stored in the image data memory unit (104). A display control unit (107) displays the searched image data on a display unit.

摘要: An optical disk includes a substrate covered with an information recording layer. The information recording layer includes a recording material and a dispersion material dispersed in the recording material. The recording material absorbs recording light for recording information, and then generates heat. As the light refraction index of the recording material changes due to the heat generation, information is recorded on the recording material. The dispersion material has lower absorptance of the recording light and lower thermal conductivity than the recording material, and an external dimension smaller than a diffraction limit of reading light for reading information.

摘要: On a recording medium, the version information indicating a version of the recording standard to which the information recording medium is adapted is recorded. Moreover, the normal recording condition information for recording information at a normal recording speed and the high speed recording condition information for recording the information at a higher recording speed than the normal recording speed are recorded. The recording condition information includes, for example, information about a write strategy for driving a laser light source. At the time of recording, the information recording device compares the version information on the information recording medium with the version information of the information recording device so as to judge whether or not the information can be recorded. When the judgment is made that the information cannot be recorded based on the version information, further the compatibility version information is compared with the version information of the information recording device so that a judgment is made as to whether or not the information can be recorded. In such a manner, the judgment can be properly made as to whether or not the recording can be executed on the information recording medium.
