    摘要: This invention relates to an acceleration sensor having less output drift due to temperature change and noise due to external induction which includes a piezoelectric device formed of a piezoelectric member having one or more electrodes provided on each of sides thereof and a lining member of low linear expansion coefficient adhered to one side thereof. A low linear expansion coefficient circuit substrate is provided having the piezoelectric device adhered to one side thereof and having a signal processing electronic circuit formed on the other side thereof. A cabinet having three layers, including an internal conductive resin layer, an adiabatic resin layer, and an external conductive metal layer, completely enclose the piezoelectric device and the circuit substrate.

    摘要: Disclosed is a filler-containing stretched film composed of a resin composition comprising:(a) 20 to 80 parts by weight of a linear ethylene copolymer containing 1 to 20% by weight of an .alpha.-olefin or diolefin comonomer(s) with 6 or more carbon atoms, having a density of 0.910 to 0.945 g/cm.sup.3 and a melt flow rate of 0.01 to 20 g/10 min, and an extracted amount with boiling n-hexane of 20% by weight or less,(b) 80 to 20 parts by weight of a particulate inorganic filler having an average particle size of 10 .mu.m or less and a bulk density of 0.1 to 0.7 g/ml and(c) 0.1 to 15 parts by weight of a saturated or unsaturated aliphatic acid ester having 9 to 40 carbon atoms based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of Component (a) and Component (b),which film has tear strength MD measured according to ASTM D1922-61T of 10 g or more.

    摘要: A novel anti-foaming agent is described which contains a compound produced by an addition reaction ofa mono-substituted poly(alkylene glycol) represented by the general formula:RO(AO).sub.x H (I) wherein R represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, AO represents a structural unit of an oxyalkylene chain, said structural unit having from 2 to 4 carbon atoms, and x represents a number of 1 to 80, witha polyepoxy compound represented by the general formula: ##STR1## wherein Q represents a residue of an organic compound containing in the molecule thereof 2 or more hydroxyl groups and either of a hydrocarbon chain having from 2 to 20 carbon atoms and an oxyalkylene chain having a polymerization degree of from 2 to 100, said residue having a valence of y and being formed by removing from 2 to 8 active hydrogen atoms from the organic compound, and y represents a number of 2 to 8.
