    摘要: A content reproduction device includes: a plurality of communication units (a cellular phone and a wireless LAN communication unit), each receiving a content transmitted in segments from a content transmission device over a communication path; a content reconstruction unit that has a buffer in which each segmented data of the content received by each of the communication units is temporarily accumulated, and that reconstructs each segmented data accumulated in the buffer into the content; a reproduction unit that reproduces, at a predetermined bit rate, the content reconstructed by the content reconstruction unit; and a communication control unit that: calculates, for every predetermined time, target transmission speeds to be assigned for content reception performed by the respective communication units, based on free space in the buffer and the bit rate; and transmits a first request signal indicating the calculated target transmission speeds to the content transmission device via one of the communication units.

    摘要: A transmission system includes a transmission apparatus and a receiving apparatus for repeatedly transmitting and receiving a frame with plural time slots at a constant frequency, in which digital audio data of plural channels and auxiliary data required to playback the digital audio data are transmitted using previously allocated time slots. A multiplexer is provided for multiplexing, assuming an area made up of previously allocated time slots that are included in respective frames amounting to a number of a multiple of n as block data when the predetermined encryption unit is n bytes. The digital audio data and the auxiliary data are allocated as the block data wherein the auxiliary data is allocated to the time slots that are located at the same positions of respective plural frames within the block data, and the digital audio data is allocated in the time slots that are located at the same position in the respective frames amounting to the number of a multiple of n in the block data. An encryptor encrypts at least the digital audio data from the multiplexed block data in the predetermined encryption unit and a communication unit transmits the data encrypted in the encryptor, wherein the receiving apparatus decodes the encrypted data transmitted from the transmission apparatus.

A predetermined signal which is different from the first and second moving picture compressed signals may be inserted between the connected frames of the first and second moving picture compressed signals. Alternatively, at least one of the first and second moving picture compressed signals may be delayed so as to adjust a connecting timing.
