摘要: A method is provided for optimizing a contrast injection function for CT imaging. The method includes injecting, with an injector pump, a test bolus of a contrast agent into a subject. The method also includes computing, on a processor, an impulse enhancement function. The method also includes determining, on a processor, a target enhancement function for a region of interest. The method also includes determining, with a processor, a plurality of parameters for a functional form for a contrast injection function in a time domain. The method also includes determining for the contrast injection function a constraint. The method also includes determining, with a processor, particular values for the plurality of parameters, which satisfy the constraint and minimize a difference between a value of an enhancement function and the target enhancement function computed in the time domain at discrete time periods without use of a Fourier transform.

摘要: A technique for enabling the use of a baseboard management controller in a computer system configured to stream 3D graphical user interfaces to remote clients is described. In an exemplary configuration, a cap driver that is written to conform to a driver model that can interface with a 3D graphics application program interface can be loaded for use with the baseboard management controller instead of a legacy driver that was written to conform to a legacy driver model. This allows a control program to load a graphics driver that can interoperate with the 3D graphics application program interface. In addition to the foregoing, other aspects are described in the text of the summary and detailed description, the claims, and drawings.

摘要: A system and method for making snapshots of storage devices are provided. A method for making a snapshot of a volume includes setting the volume to a read-only mode, receiving an access attempt for the volume, and if the access attempt is a write access attempt, buffering information associated with the write access attempt in a buffer, and updating a snapshot indicator based on the information associated with the write access attempt, where the snapshot indicator includes block information regarding a block in the volume that is a target of the write access attempt. The method also includes if the access attempt is a read access attempt, providing read information requested in the read access attempt, where the read information is based on the volume, or a combination of the snapshot indicator, the buffer, and a buffer indicator.

摘要: Identifying one or more source units for one or more food items may include assigning a sequence of numbers to a plurality of source units received at a processing entity and assigning a sequence of numbers to a plurality of end product units processed from the plurality of source units at the processing entity. A production rate associated with the end product units may be determined from a bill of materials associated with the end product units. A probability distribution function may be generated using at least the production rate. The probability distribution function maps a range of the sequence numbers associated with the plurality of source units to a range of sequence numbers associated with the end product units. A conversion algorithm may be generated that uses the probability distribution function to determine a source unit associated with a selected end product unit.
