摘要: An insertion device is proposed for at least partly inserting a subcutaneous device, more particularly a subcutaneous sensor for detecting at least one analyte, into body tissue. The insertion device has at least one insertion aid and at least one subcutaneous device. The insertion aid has at least one substantially rigidly designed base body, more particularly an insertion needle, for insertion into the body tissue. The insertion device is designed to generate an adjustable holding force between the base body and the subcutaneous device. The insertion device is designed to set the holding force during the insertion such that the subcutaneous device is held against the base body. The insertion device is furthermore designed to set the holding force after the insertion such that the subcutaneous device is detachable from the base body.

摘要: The invention concerns plasma separation on a microliter scale. The method/system according to the invention is able to provide plasma in the range of several microliters within a very short time as it is required, for example, in modern analyses by carrier-bound test elements. Plasma separation and plasma release is carried out in two separate consecutive steps of the method using the device according to the invention such that hemolysis during plasma separation can be avoided despite an accelerated procedure. The device comprises a disposable unit in which the device is characterized by an economical and simple method of production.

摘要: A liquid transfer device for an analysis unit includes a transfer needle having a tip, and a capacitive liquid level detector for detecting immersion of the tip of the needle into an analysis liquid by detecting a change in capacitance between a signal electrode and a counter electrode. The analysis liquid is contained in a vessel. The capacitive liquid level detector includes a signal electrode, a counter electrode, and a detection circuit connected to the signal electrode and the counter electrode. The detection circuit detects a change in capacitance between the signal electrode and the counter electrode. A temperature dependent detection resistor is disposed adjacent the tip of the liquid transfer needle. The tip of the liquid transfer needle and the temperature dependent detection resistor are movable into and out of the analysis liquid. The detection circuit includes a current supply for supplying current to the detection resistor. The detection circuit is configured to detect a change in resistance of the detection resistor during a immersion thereof into the analysis liquid.
