    Abstract: Provided is a heat exchanger capable of being efficiently and easily produced. The present invention is directed to a heat exchanger having an outer packaging body 1 having an inlet 16, an outlet 16, a pair of opposing walls, and a corrugated inner fin 2 disposed between the pair of opposing walls and provided alternately and continuously with a concave portion 25 and a convex portion 26. The outer packaging body 1 is formed of an outer packaging laminate material L1 in which a resin heat-fusible layer 52 is provided on an inner surface side of a metal heat transfer layer 51. The inner fin 2 is formed of an inner core laminate material L2 in which a heat-fusible layer 62 is provided on both surface sides of a metal heat transfer layer 61. The inner fin 2 is formed in a rectangular wave shape in which a concave portion and a convex portion are alternately and continuously provided, a concave bottom wall of the inner fin and a convex top wall of the inner fin are arranged parallel to the pair of opposing walls, and a rising wall connecting the concave bottom wall and the convex top wall is arranged perpendicular to the pair of opposing walls.

    Abstract: A heat exchanger includes a bag-like outer packaging material. A heat medium flows into an inside of the outer packaging material. An inner core material is arranged in the inside of the outer packaging material. The outer packaging material has an outer packaging laminate material including a metal heat transfer layer and a resin thermal fusion layer on a surface side of the heat transfer layer. The outer packaging laminate materials form a bag shape by integrally joining the thermal fusion layers along the peripheral edge portions. The inner core material includes the inner core laminate material with a metal heat transfer layer and resin thermal fusion layers on surface sides of the heat transfer layer. The thermal fusion layers of a concave portion bottom and a convex portion top of the inner core material and the thermal fusion layers of the outer packaging laminate material are integrally joined.

    Abstract: A lithium-ion rechargeable battery 1 includes a battery part 10 which performs charging and discharging using lithium ions, and a shell 30 for housing the battery part 10 in the interior thereof. The shell 30 is constituted by thermally adhering a first laminated film 31 which includes a first metal layer 313 and a first thermo-adhesive resin layer 315, a second laminated film 32 which includes a second metal layer 323 and a second thermo-adhesive resin layer 325 by thermally adhering the first thermo-adhesive resin layer 315 and the second thermo-adhesive resin layer 325. Moreover, the positive electrode side of the battery part 10 is electrically connected to the first metal layer 313 of the first laminated film 31, and the negative electrode side of the battery part 10 is electrically connected to the second metal layer 323 of the second laminated film 32.
