    摘要: A chip arrangement (1) has a substrate board (2) with an opening (3), into which a carrier chip (4) is inserted, which has an electrical or electronic structural component (5). At least one conductor path (7) is integrated into the carrier chip (4), which connects the structural component (5) to the electrical connection contact (8). The carrier chip (4) is inserted into the opening (3) in such a way that its ends project beyond the opposite-facing, flat-sided surfaces (9, 9′) of the substrate board (2), and thereby form overhangs (10, 10′). Here, the structural component is arranged on the overhang (10) projecting beyond the one surface (9), and the connection contact (8) is arranged on the overhang (10′) projecting beyond the other surface (9′), and the conductor path (7) connecting the structural component (5) and the connection contact (8) passes through the opening (3).     摘要: A device (1) functions for treating malignant, tumorous tissue areas. The device has at least one measuring sensor for determining chemical or physical signal patterns in the immediate vicinity of the tumor cells or similar tissue part, a control unit and at least one treatment assembly, which has as an active agent release element for chemically influencing and/or treatment electrodes for physically influencing the tumorous tissue area to be treated. The sensor(s), the active agent release element, and the treatment electrodes are connected to the control unit for a physical and/or chemical treatment of the tumorous tissue area, controlled as a function of the measured values of the tumor cells. The device is constructed in the form of a swallowable capsule or dragée, and a sensor is provided for detecting release parameters. The control unit is designed with a threshold value switch for activating the active agent release element and/or the electrodes when a predetermined target value is exceeded.

    摘要: In a method for measuring the concentration of a ligand contained in a sample that is to be tested, at a plurality of test sites that are located on the surface of at least one substrate, in each case at least one receptor that is suitable upon contact with the ligand for specifically binding to said ligand, is immobilized. The sample is brought into contact for a predetermined time with the test sites in such a way that in the sample differently sized diffusion volumes are adjacent to the receptors from which at least one ligand can diffuse to the respective receptor during the predetermined time. After the predetermined time has passed, for each test site a measured signal for the number or density of the binding events at the test site is acquired.
