    摘要: A reflective display device including: a substrate; a reflective layer on the substrate and configured to reflect light incident on the reflective layer; a color filter layer on the reflective layer; and an optical shutter layer on the color filter layer. Each pixel of a plurality of pixels of the reflective display device includes a plurality of sub-pixels and each sub-pixel includes the substrate, the reflective layer, the color filter layer, and the optical shutter layer, and for each pixel, the color filter layer includes a plurality of color filter elements corresponding to colors respectively obtained by the plurality of sub-pixels. At least one of the plurality of color filter elements includes a composite color area including a plurality of white areas configured to let white light pass through them such that the white light is directly reflected by the reflective layer and the plurality of white areas are discontinuously distributed in at least a portion of the composite color area through which light of the obtained colors passes.

    摘要: There are provided a driver unit of a 2D/3D image display apparatus employing a single power supply system and a 2D/3D image display apparatus having the driver unit. In the driver unit of the 2D/3D image display apparatus, the driver unit supplies a 3D image display panel driving signal to the 3D image display panel. The driver unit includes: a single power supply unit which generates a single source voltage; and a control circuit which is connected to the single power supply unit and has first and second output terminals connected to the 3D image display panel. The control circuit outputs first and second positive voltage pulse signals having a phase difference of 90 degree through the first output terminal and the second output terminal. Here, the 3D image display panel driving signal is a differential signal between the first and second positive voltage pulse signals.

    摘要: The present invention relates to human insulin expression plasmids and a method for producing insulin using the same. The plasmids comprise a sequence encoding a compound of the formula R—B—X-A, in which R is a leader peptide of the formula of Met-Thr-Met-Ile-Thr-Y (SEQ ID NO: 36), in which Y is one selected from lysine, arginine, a peptide containing lysine as an amino acid at its C-terminal, or a peptide containing arginine as an amino acid at its C-terminal; B is human insulin B-chain or analogue thereof; X is a peptide connecting B with A; and A is human insulin A-chain or analogue thereof. The method for preparing insulin using the plasmids according to the present invention converts the proinsulin fusion protein into human insulin in a single enzymatic cleavage process and minimizes the generation of by-products after the enzymatic cleavage, thereby producing insulin at a high yield. Therefore, the plasmids according to the present invention and the method for preparing insulin using the same can be usefully applied to the industrial mass-production of human insulin.

In the formula, n is the number of repetition of an isopropyl oxide (—CH(CH3)CH2O—) monomer, and is an integer of 1 to 40, and R is an alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms or a cycloalkyl group of 3 to 20 carbon atoms.

    摘要: In the present invention, an apparatus of testing a leakage protection reliability of an integrated circuit interconnection. The apparatus has at least one comb-like pattern, a serpentine-like pattern and means of applying a bias to the patterns and forms a maximum field region at an interconnection formed around a via, i.e., at the end of a tooth portion composing the comb-like pattern. In one structure of the present invention, the comb-like pattern is formed at one level, and the serpentine-like pattern has a plurality of unit parts corresponding to the tooth portions, respectively, and connection parts connecting the neighboring two unit parts. Each of the unit parts is formed at the same level with the comb-like pattern and spaced apart from the tooth portion by a minimum design length according to a design rule. The unit part has vias formed through an interlayer dielectric layer at the both ends of a tooth parallel part, two tooth parallel parts connected with the vias, respectively, and a length parallel part electrically connecting two tooth parallel parts.

    摘要: In the present invention, an apparatus of testing leakage current protection reliability of an integrated circuit interconnection. The apparatus has at least one comb-like pattern composed of a length portion, multiple tooth portions which are connected orthogonally to the length portion, and vias which are formed vertically from the ends of the tooth portions, respectively, through an interlayer dielectric layer. Additionally the apparatus has a serpentine-like pattern including a length parallel part or a connection part which is running parallel to the length portion, a tooth parallel part which is parallel to the tooth portion and formed at a level different from the level of the connection part or the length parallel part, and vias connecting them. The via of the comb-like pattern is located at the central position between the neighboring two vias of the serpentine-like pattern. The apparatus also has pads for applying a defined bias voltage to the comb-like pattern and the serpentine-like pattern to generate a potential difference between the two patterns. Thus, as multiple weak field regions are formed at the region where the vias are positioned, it is possible to find a failed spot such as a leakage or a short through the apparatus easily and effectively.
