摘要: An apparatus, system and method to capture water power from head or pressure is provided utilizing pipes, inlets and outlets. The apparatus comprises a central bore having an internal diameter suitable for a fluid flow, the fluid flow moves inside the central bore through the apparatus, and at least one outlet, the fluid flow exits the apparatus through the at least one outlet, optionally, a plurality of inlets for flowing additional fluid to the central bore mix the fluid flow with the additional fluid from the plurality of inlets. The apparatus can further mix the fluid though additional mixing devices and additional devices can be used to recapture energy such as, hydroelectric power from the fluid flow. The system and method can capture water energy from the fluid flow.

The phosphoric acid aqueous solution supply is configured to supply a phosphoric acid aqueous solution. The additive supply is configured to supply an additive configured to suppress precipitation of a silicon oxide. The phosphoric acid aqueous solution supply path is configured to connect the phosphoric acid aqueous solution supply with the tank. The additive supply path is configured to connect the additive supply with the tank. The additive is supplied while fluidity is imparted to the phosphoric acid aqueous solution supplied from the phosphoric acid aqueous solution supply into the tank.

摘要: A chemical injection unit consisting of one or more injection loops that uses a Venturi injector and motorized valve with a control system to isolate chemicals from water until operating conditions are suitable to carry the chemical and water mixture down the main flow pipe. The invention adjusts chemical injection rate to maintain desirable operational properties, including chemical injection rate, chemical concentration, or fluid viscosity. Accurate and real-time injection of chemicals is beneficial for safety as well as economics of the drilling operation in terms of reduced drilling time, efficient use of chemicals, and minimal variation in processing conditions.

摘要: Disclosed is an apparatus for preparing and dispensing a lubricant and coolant liquid product including a body with a base that defines a support surface for at least one container of an additive product and having a collection tank above which the container can be positioned, a storage reservoir of water suppliable from a water source, a mixing unit in communication with the reservoir and with the at least one container of the additive product, to mix the water and the additive product in a predetermined concentration, first pumping means adapted to pump the water from the reservoir toward the mixing unit, a control unit to control at least the first pumping means, and a dispensing circuit for dispensing the lubricant and coolant fluid obtained in the mixing unit. The body further includes a containing structure that encloses one, several or all the aforesaid components.

摘要: An exemplary compounding system and device for mixing materials can include a housing, a first material source and a second material source. A first fluid line can be operationally connected to the housing and configured to transport a first volume of fluid per unit time from the first material source to a final container. A second fluid line can be operationally connected to the housing and configured to transport a second volume of fluid per unit time from the second material source to the final container. The device can also include a pump system including, a first pump having a first rotor and a first platen which secures the first fluid line between the first rotor and the first platen, the first pump being configured to move the first volume of fluid through the first fluid line, and a second pump having a second rotor and a second platen which secures the second fluid line between the second rotor and the second platen, the second pump being configured to move the second volume of fluid through the second fluid line. A first platen lock can be provided and can be rotated in a first direction to lock the first platen in a closed position relative to the first rotor, and wherein rotation of the first rotor draws the first material source through the first fluid line. The pump system can also be configured such that the volume of fluid per unit time delivered by the first and second pumps is different, and/or where the first and second pumps have different head characteristics.

摘要: A mixing cartridge delivery system, which mixes additive with base liquid flowing through it, utilizes a dispensing closure valve to achieve improved flow of mixed liquid from the cartridge. A closure base may include a tethered lid. A flexible valve, such as a slit valve, is supported on a valve supporting end of the closure base and retained thereon with a valve retainer that interlocks with the closure base. The system may include a one-way valve for base liquid and a mixing section defined in the cartridge. The dispensing closure valve achieves improved flow characteristics in combination with the base liquid valve. The dispensing closure valve also prevents leakage and inadvertent discharge from the cartridge system.
