摘要： The present invention relates to a composition I, in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, based on siloxane and which does not emit hydrogen, comprising: (a) optionally a nonreactive linear polyorganosiloxane oil with lubricating properties, (a′) a reactive linear polyorganosiloxane oil containing at least two OH groups per molecule, (b) a polyorganosiloxane resin, (c) a crosslinking agent which is soluble in the silicone phase comprising at least two functional groups capable of reacting with the polyorganosiloxane resin (b); (d) a condensation catalyst capable of catalyzing the reaction of the constituent (b) with the constituent (c); (e) a surfactant; and (f) water, (a) and (a′) being mixed together before emulsification, in an (a)/(a′) ratio of between 0 and 10.

摘要： A method for the regulation of the process conditions in a moulding tool which is intended for the production of products of natural or synthetic polymers. The moulding tool is made up of one or more moulding parts made of sintered metal with communicating pores obtained by pressing at a high pressure and sintering at a high temperature of a powdered material. The moulding part or parts have a moulding cavity, such that the pores are open toward the moulding cavity. The outer envelop surface of the moulding tool is tightened against leakage. The method includes filling the communicating pores with a liquid with a high vaporizing temperature and regulating the pressure on the liquid in the pores by means of a suitable pressure producer connected with the communicating pores in the moulding tool.

摘要： In the pultrusion of a fiber-reinforced plastic, an elongated fiber material impregnated with a thermosetting resin prior to setting is introduced into a long-land die, in which a thermoplastic resin and a lubricant are successively applied onto the outer surface of the impregnated fiber material thereby to make possible smooth drawing of the material through the die. As a result, the thermosetting resin is substantially set within the die, and, moreover, an elongated, fiber-reinforced, plastic composite article is produced at a reasonable speed.

摘要： Highly filled thermoplastic compositions of improved characteristics useful as sound-deadening sheeting for automotive carpet are obtained by blending about 5-50% by weight of an ethylene interpolymer, such as ethylene/vinyl ester, ethylene/unsaturated mono- or dicarboxylic acids or esters of said unsaturated acids, etc.; about 2-15% by weight of processing oil; and about 50-90% by weight of fine particle size filler. Pellets prepared from these compositions remain free flowing even after storage under load.
