摘要: A shaft (21) for use as a rotating shaft in a gas turbine engine has an axis (X), an outer surface, an inner surface (28), an upstream end and a downstream end. The shaft (21) is arranged, in use, to rotate in a circumferential direction (R) about the axis (X). The inner surface (28) includes a radially inwardly protruding flange (22), a circumferential array of radially extending apertures (26) provided in the flange (22) and an array of channels (24) extending from an upstream side to a downstream side of the flange (22). The channels arranged circumferentially between adjacent apertures (26) of the circumferential array of apertures (26).

摘要: A motor capable of replacing a lubricant more easily is provided. A motor includes: a rotor supported by an output shaft-side bearing and an anti-output shaft-side bearing; a front housing that supports the output shaft-side bearing; a rear housing that supports the anti-output shaft-side bearing; a stator having both ends attached to the front housing and the rear housing, the stator surrounding the rotor; and a pair of pipelines which has an opening formed in a surface of the rotor close to the rear housing and which is provided inside the rotor, the pipelines communicating with at least one of the output shaft-side bearing and the anti-output shaft-side bearing and capable of circulating a lubricating liquid.

摘要: A shaft balancing device for insertion into a shaft including a generally flat cylindrical band having an outer surface, an inner surface and a set of two crush points thereon. A balancing weight is attached to the outer surface of the band between the set of crush points. The device is inserted into the shaft and the crush points are plastically deformed radially outward creating spring force which holds the balancing weight to the inner surface of the shaft. The band has a curved connecting portion between the two crush points having a radius of curvature slightly greater than the curvature of the shaft. The balancing weight has a radius of curvature slightly greater than the radius of curvature of the curved connecting portion and slightly less than the radius of curvature of the shaft.
