摘要: One aspect of the invention provides a method of forming an energy-dissipative tube. In one embodiment, the method includes: extruding a resin layer over an outer surface of corrugated stainless steel tubing and impregnating the resin layer with metal particles. In another embodiment, the method includes: extruding a resin layer comprising a fire retardant over an outer surface of corrugated stainless steel tubing and impregnating the resin layer with metal particles. In another embodiment, the method includes: extruding a resin layer comprising between about 20% to 60% magnesium hydroxide, aluminum trihydrate, or halogenated fire retardants by weight over an outer surface of corrugated stainless steel tubing and impregnating the resin layer with metal particles selected from the group consisting of: copper, aluminum, gold, silver, and nickel.

摘要: A robust electrostatic (ESD) protection device is provided. In one example, the ESD protection device is configured to accommodate three nodes. When used with a differential signal device, the first and second nodes may be coupled with the differential signal device's BP and BM signal lines, respectively, and the third node may be coupled to a voltage source. This allows for a single ESD protection device to be used to protect the signal lines of the differential signal device, thus providing significant substrate area savings as compared to the conventional means of using three dual-node ESD protection devices to accomplish substantially the same protection mechanism. Moreover, the ESD protection device may be structurally designed to handle high voltage ESD events, as required by the FlexRay standard.

摘要: A liquid detection device and a liquid detection system are provided for detecting whether there is abnormal liquid on the surface to be detected. The liquid detection system can be used in specific working areas. A first electrode and a second electrode are used. The first electrode and the second electrode are mounted on the housing. A measuring circuit is installed inside the housing. The measuring circuit measures the impedance value between the first electrode and the second electrode, to distinguish whether there is abnormal liquid or not. The liquid detection system includes a plurality of liquid detection devices and a controller. The controller is responsible for collecting the measurement results of the plurality of liquid detection devices and performing corresponding operations.

摘要: A multi-layer fabric used to fabricate a garment or a protective cover includes a top and bottom textile layer and an air permeable, moisture-vapor-transmissive, expanded polytetrafluoroethylene middle layer. The fabric exhibits an MVTR rating of at least 4000 g/m2/day. The fabric may also include a top layer coating or fiber treatment of a nano-ceramic material designed to increase the durability of the garment/cover and increase the resistance to abrasion and wear while also resisting environmental conditions including exposure to solar radiation, temperature and humidity. Alternatively, the upper layer of the multi-layer fabric may incorporate ceramic coated fibers or ceramic co-extruded fibers, or carbon nanotubes while in another embodiment may also feature a fire resistant application as well as a permanent, highly breathable and highly durable electro-static discharge feature added to the inside of the layer by laying down a carbon based printed pattern on the inside of the layer.

摘要: A display substrate includes a base substrate including a display area in which signal lines and pixels are arranged and a peripheral area surrounding the display area, pads disposed in the peripheral area and receiving an electrical signal, fan-out lines connecting the pads and the signal lines, and static electricity breakup circuits comprising a breakup line that crosses the fan-out lines, and static electricity prevention circuits respectively connected to the fan-out lines. Parts of the static electricity prevention circuits are connected to adjacent fan-out lines and are commonly connected to the one of the breakup lines through a common contact part.
