    摘要: An RF switch circuit includes an RF switch including a first NMOS switch formed on a chip substrate, a switch controller including a second NMOS switch and a PMOS switch formed on the substrate, for controlling the RF switch, and a limiter including a deep N-type well diode formed on the substrate, for limiting an RF signal level transferred from the RF switch to the switch controller through the substrate. The first NMOS switch includes a first N-type terminal formed on a deep N-type well substrate formed on the substrate, for receiving a driving power through a first floating resistor, a P-type terminal for receiving a body power through a second floating resistor, and two second N-type terminals for receiving a gate power through a third floating resistor. The P-type and two second N-type terminals are formed on a P-type substrate formed on the deep N-type well substrate.

    摘要: Mechanisms for providing linear relationship between temperatures and digital codes are disclosed. In one method, at a particular temperature, a circuit in the sensor provides a temperature dependent reference voltage, and a compared voltage, to a comparator. The temperature dependent reference voltage depends on temperature in complement to absolute temperature or alternatively depends on temperature in proportion to absolute temperature. The compared voltage is generated corresponding to digital analog converter (DAC) codes as inputs. Another circuit varies the DAC codes until the temperature dependent reference voltage and the compared voltage are equal so that the dependent reference voltage corresponds to a DAC code. The various temperatures experienced by the temperature sensing circuit and the DAC codes are substantially linearly related.

    摘要: A LED lamp which could directly replace an ordinary tungsten, halogen, or electricity-saving light bulb includes a filament, a lamp base and a thermally conductive electric insulator. The filament includes at least one AC LED device, and the thermally conductive electric insulator is filled in a cavity of the lamp base to mechanically contact with the filament and an electrode of the lamp base. When the AC LED device is powered on, the thermally conductive electric insulator provides a thermal channel to transfer heat from the filament to the electrode for heat dissipation enhancement. The LED lamp can be directly inserted into an ordinary bulb socket that is generally used in lighting fixtures, without having to modify the system of the lighting fixtures or use an additional adapter.

    摘要: A control device (D), for a spacecraft (S1) of a group of spacecraft moving in formation, comprises i) an assembly consisting of three antennas (A1-A3) installed on a face of the spacecraft (S1) and capable of emitting and/or receiving first and second RF signals exhibiting first and second frequencies spaced apart by a chosen frequency gap, ii) first measurement means (M1) charged with determining first and second differences in path length between antennas (A1-A3), corresponding to the first frequency and to the frequency gap, on the basis of the first and second signals received by the antennas and originating from another spacecraft, iii) second measurement means (M2) charged with delivering measurements of rotation undergone by the spacecraft (S1), and iv) processing means (MT) a) charged with coarsely estimating the direction of transmission of the signals received on the basis of first and second initial path length differences, b) with ordering the positioning of the spacecraft (S1) so that a chosen axis of a frame of reference tied to said spacecraft is aligned with respect to the coarse direction of transmission, c) with ordering the rotational turning of the spacecraft (S1) about the chosen axis, d) with precisely estimating the direction of transmission of the signals emitted by the other spacecraft (Si′) on the basis of the rotation measurement and of a measurement of variation of the first path length difference induced by this rotation.
