Abstract:
The present invention relates to a communication terminal having a bone conduction function. To this end, the present invention provides a communication terminal having a bone conduction function equipped with a bone conduction vibration receiver/speaker (300) for converting a sound signal (electric signal) into a vibration, so as to enable sound reception from the entire front surface of the communication terminal when the communication terminal closely contacts the face, and having at least one thereof attached to the rear surface of an inner liquid crystal screen (401) or liquid crystal panel (402) of the communication terminal (example: smartphone, Galaxy Tab, Galaxy Phone, cellular phone, PDA, MP3, iPhone, iPad, walkie-talkie, et cetera) (400). Also, provided is a communication terminal having a bone conduction function, comprising a bone conduction vibration no-noise microphone (200) having at least one thereof attached to the inner top section of the communication terminal (example: smartphone, Galaxy Tab, Galaxy Phone, cellular phone, PDA, MP3, iPhone, iPad, walkie-talkie, et cetera) (400), for enabling transmission/reception of the voice of a person on the phone regardless of the surrounding noise using a bone conduction microphone function when the communication terminal closely contacts the face, and for converting minute vibrations into a sound signal (electric signal).
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for treating a thin film on a substrate is presented. The substrate is loaded on a fixed stage adapted to receive the substrate. An energy source is aligned through a space in a gas shield so as to face a thin film on the substrate to be repaired after the substrate is loaded. A protective insulating layer is removed by radiation from the energy source, a reaction gas is supplied to the space, and an open and/or short circuit in the thin film is repaired. The energy source and/or gas shield is moved during the repair, rather than the stage. If the energy source and gas shield are both moved, they are moved in opposite directions, either independently or dependent on each other, by first and second operating units, respectively.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to human monoclonal antibodies neutralizing vascular endothelial growth factor receptor and the use thereof. More specifically, relates to human ScFv molecules neutralizing vascular endothelial growth factor receptor, and a composition for inhibiting angiogenesis and a composition for treating cancer, which contain the human ScFv molecules. The disclosed monoclonal antibody neutralizing vascular endothelial growth factor receptor shows excellent neutralizing ability in living cells, compared to that of a commercially available antibody against vascular endothelial growth factor receptor, and shows the ability to neutralize vascular endothelial growth factor receptor not only in humans, but also in mice and rats. Thus, the monoclonal antibody will be useful in anticancer studies and will be highly effective in cancer treatment.

Abstract:
A substrate cutting apparatus for cutting a large size substrate into smaller unit substrates includes a rotating table and a push plate. The rotating table, on which the large size substrate having formed thereon a plurality of cutting lines is mountable, includes rotating shafts at locations corresponding to the cutting lines. The push plate fixes a position of the large size substrate on the rotating table.
Abstract:
Provided is a filter using bulk acoustic wave resonators (BAWRs), the filter comprising two or more BAWRs connected in series or in parallel to each other, one or more LC elements being connected in series or in parallel to the respective BAWRs, thus constituting a BAWR set.
Abstract:
A device for optimizing a data compression level when processing a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest (HARQ) signal includes a combiner which receives a log likelihood ratio (LLR) signal, determines whether the LLR signal is a new or retransmitted signal, and generates a composite signal by combining the LLR signal with a related signal received and previously stored when the LLR signal is the retransmitted signal; a compression level decision unit which calculates a first compression level based on quality of a received signal, calculates a second compression level based on an available memory size, and decides a final compression level according to the first compression level and the second compression level; a compressor which compresses the LLR signal according to the final compression level; a HARQ memory which stores the compressed signal; and a decompressor which decompresses a signal read from the HARQ memory.
Abstract:
Methods and comment association systems for associating one or more comments with one or more primary electronic documents are described. In one aspect, the method comprises: identifying, at a comment association system, one or more key terms from at least a portion of the one or more primary electronic documents; identifying, at the comment association system, one or more comments associated with the identified key terms; determining, at the comment association system, whether an identified comment is sufficiently related to the one or more primary electronic documents by calculating one or more relation score for that identified comment and comparing the relation score to one or more threshold; and if the identified comment is sufficiently related to the one or more primary electronic documents, then associating the identified comment with the one or more primary electronic documents at the comment association system.
