Disclosed is a method of manufacturing an inkjet head discharging ink. The method in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention can include: heating the inkjet head to a temperature over a melting point of a filler; filling the inkjet head with the filler such that a gap inside the inkjet head is filled with the filler; and discharging the filler out of the inkjet head such that the filler in the gap of the inkjet head remains.

This invention relates to a board-shaped wideband dual polarization antenna whose feeding structure is simplified. Dipole antennas are prepared on both front and rear surfaces of a printed circuit board, and an electric signal is fed to the dipole antennas through via holes at the same time. Through the dipole antennas, the dual polarization antenna radiates dual polarized waves whose radiation emissions have perpendicular directions to each other. The wideband characteristics of the dual polarization antenna are improved through parasitic elements. The disclosed printed circuit board comprises: a first line hole into which a first core line (+) of a first electric cable transmitting a first electric signal is inserted; a first ground via hole through which a first ground line (−) of the first electric cable passes; a first balun hole into which a first balun cable is inserted; a second line hole into which a second core line (+) of a second electric line is inserted; is second balun hole into which a second balun cable is inserted; and a connection via-hole through which both the second core line (+) and the second balun cable pass. The first and second balun cables make a pair with the first and second electric cables respectively by being parallel to those electric cables respectively in order so perform the function of a balun. According to the invention, the dual polarization antenna is able to radiate, through the dipole antennas on both surfaces of the printed circuit boards, dual polarized waves whose radiation emissions have perpendicular directions to each other. In addition, the feeding structure can be simplified and a complex three-dimensional air-bridge structure does not need to be used in the dual polarization antenna since an electric signal is fed to the dipole antennas on both surfaces of the printed circuit board at the same time.

The present invention relates to a novel protease, a polynucleotide encoding the protease, and a fibrinolytic agent comprising the same. The protease is obtained from a new gene source by using metagenomic library technology, and can replace the conventional fibrinolytic agent.

According to a device and system for measuring the properties of cells, there is an advantage in that, since a cell accommodation unit having a volume is provided, the properties of three-dimensional cells can be measured. Further, the present invention is advantageous in that it enables passive measurement of multiple properties which passively measures the electrical, mechanical and/or optical properties of cells, and active measurement of multiple properties which actively applies electrical, mechanical and optical types of stimulation to cells and measures their electrical, mechanical and/or optical reactions, thus measuring the multiple properties of cells with high reliability.

The present invention relates to an approval system in a network for data security. The approval system includes a management server (10), a plurality of client terminals (30, 30′ end 30″), having first and second client terminals, and a file server (20). The first client terminal includes a first approval module for outputting a first window that enables a first user to input a request for viewing an arbitrary document, and transmitting data input by the first user to the management server. The second client terminal includes a second approval module for outputting a second window. The management server includes an approval agent module for mediating communication of the data and the approval data between the first approval module and the second approval module, and for opening the arbitrary document to the first client terminal when the approval data contains information indicating allowance for viewing of the document.

A method of forming fine metal interconnect patterns includes forming an insulating film on a substrate, forming a plurality of mold patterns with first spaces therebetween on the insulating film, such that the mold patterns have a first layout, forming metal hardmask patterns in the first spaces by a damascene process, removing the mold patterns, etching the insulating film through the metal hardmask patterns to form insulating film patterns with second spaces therebetween, the second spaces having the first layout, and forming metal interconnect patterns having the first layout in the second spaces by the damascene process.

A system for controlling access to a file server is disclosed. The system for controlling access to a file server includes a management server, a plurality of client terminals for communicating with the management server, and a file server for storing one or more documents shared by the plurality of client terminals. Each of the client terminals includes a file server access module for verifying a user, and a security explorer tool driving module for outputting one or more documents stored in the file server. The management server includes an authorized user information database for storing authentication information, a user verification module for checking user information and searching for authentication information, and a document classification module for searching the file server for documents within the authorization limits based on the user, and transmitting the found documents to the security explorer tool driving module, thereby restricting documents depending on the users.

The present invention relates to a hyperthermophilic DNA polymerase and a preparation method thereof. The invention provides a novel hyperthermophilic DNA polymerase isolated from a Thermococcus sp. strain, a functional equivalent thereof, a protein having the amino acid sequence thereof, and a preparation method thereof. The DNA polymerase according to the invention is a DNA polymerase, which is hyperthermophilic and has an elongation ability and fidelity higher than those of prior commercial DNA polymerases. Thus, the DNA polymerase according to the invention will be useful in precision analysis, precision diagnosis, identification and the like, which require accurate PCR.
