    Abstract: A resin composition includes ABS resin and modified polyester resin, where the modified polyester resin includes a polyester material, a compatibilizer, a toughening agent, a crystallization inhibitor, a slip agent, and an antioxidant. The compatibilizer includes PP-MA, PE-MA, ABS-MA, E-MA-GMA, E-VA-GMA, POE-GMA, PE-GMA, ABS-GMA, or combinations thereof. The toughening agent includes POE, MBS, PTW, or combinations of the above. The crystallization inhibitor includes IPA copolyester, IPA and CHDM copolyester, PETG, PCTG, or combinations of the above. The slip agent includes stearate, polyethylene wax, modified silicone, fluororesin, or combinations thereof. The antioxidant includes a hindered phenolic antioxidant, a phenolic antioxidant, a phosphite antioxidant, or combinations of the above.

    Abstract: A white polyester film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The white polyester film includes a physically recycled polyester resin and a chemically recycled polyester resin. The physically recycled polyester resin is formed by a plurality of physically recycled polyester chips. The chemically recycled polyester resin is formed by a plurality of chemically recycled polyester chips and mixed with the physically recycled polyester resin. The plurality of chemically recycled polyester chips further include chemically recycled electrostatic pinning polyester chips. The chemically recycled electrostatic pinning polyester chips contain electrostatic pinning additives, and the electrostatic pinning additives are metal salts. Expressed in percent by weight based on a total weight of the polyester film, a content of the electrostatic pinning additives in the polyester film is between 0.005% and 0.1% by weight. The polyester film further includes a white additive.

    Abstract: A biaxially stretched polyester film and a method for producing the same are provided. The biaxially stretched polyester film includes a polyester resin base layer and a matte layer formed on the polyester resin base layer. The matte layer has a total weight of 100 wt %, and the matte layer includes: (1) 50 to 95 wt % of a polyester resin matrix, an intrinsic viscosity of the polyester resin matrix being between 0.5 and 0.8 dL/g; (2) 0.01 to 5 wt % of a high viscosity polyester resin, an intrinsic viscosity of the high viscosity polyester resin being between 0.9 and 1.1 dL/g; (3) 0.3 to 40 wt % of a plurality of filler particles, the filler particles having an average particle size of between 0.15 and 10 μm.

    Abstract: A polyester film and a method for producing the same are provided. The polyester film includes a physically recycled polyester resin and a chemically recycled polyester resin. The physically recycled polyester resin is formed of physically recycled polyester chips, and the physically recycled polyester chips have a first intrinsic viscosity. The chemically recycled polyester resin is formed of chemically recycled polyester chips, and the chemically recycled polyester chips have a second intrinsic viscosity. The second intrinsic viscosity is less than the first intrinsic viscosity. The physically recycled polyester chips and the chemically recycled polyester chips are mixed with each other and melt extruded according to a predetermined intrinsic viscosity, so that the polyester film has the predetermined intrinsic viscosity.

    Abstract: A black polyester film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The method for manufacturing the black polyester film includes: providing a recycled polyester material; physically regenerating a part of the recycled polyester material to form physically regenerated polyester chips having a first intrinsic viscosity; chemically regenerating another part of the recycled polyester material to form chemically regenerated polyester chips having a second intrinsic viscosity lower than the first intrinsic viscosity; mixing black regenerated polyester chips, the physically regenerated polyester chips, and the chemically regenerated polyester chips according to a predetermined intrinsic viscosity so as to form a polyester chip raw material; melting and then extruding the polyester chips raw material to form the black polyester film having the predetermined intrinsic viscosity.

    Abstract: A polyester film for embossing and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The polyester film for embossing is made from a recycled polyester material. The polyester film for embossing includes a base layer and a surface coating layer. The base layer is formed from a polyester composition.
    The polyester composition includes regenerated polyethylene terephthalate as a main component. The surface coating layer is disposed on at least one surface of the base layer. A material of the surface coating layer includes a main resin, fillers, and melamine. Based on a total weight of the surface coating layer being 100 wt %, an existing amount of the main resin is 45 wt % to 95 wt %, an existing amount of the fillers is 0.1 wt % to 30 wt %, and an existing amount of the melamine is 0.01 wt % to 25 wt %.
