摘要: A polyester film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The polyester film includes a physically recycled polyester resin and a chemically recycled polyester resin. The physically recycled polyester resin is formed by a plurality of physically recycled polyester chips. The chemically recycled polyester resin is formed by a plurality of chemically recycled polyester chips and mixed with the physically recycled polyester resin. The plurality of chemically recycled polyester chips further includes chemically recycled electrostatic pinning polyester chips. The chemically recycled electrostatic pinning polyester chips contain electrostatic pinning additives, and the electrostatic pinning additives are metal salts. Expressed in percent by weight based on a total weight of the polyester film, a content of the electrostatic pinning additives in the polyester film is between 0.005% and 0.1% by weight.

摘要: A detectable dust-proof paper is provided. The detectable dust-proof paper includes a detected layer, a first plastic layers, and a first ink-receptive layer. The detected layer has two opposite surfaces. The first ink-receptive layer is disposed on the first plastic layer. The polyester film for embossing includes a base layer and a surface coating layer. The base layer is formed from a polyester composition.
The polyester composition includes regenerated polyethylene terephthalate as a main component. The surface coating layer is disposed on at least one surface of the base layer. A material of the surface coating layer includes a main resin, fillers, and melamine. Based on a total weight of the surface coating layer being 100 wt %, an existing amount of the main resin is 45 wt % to 95 wt %, an existing amount of the fillers is 0.1 wt % to 30 wt %, and an existing amount of the melamine is 0.01 wt % to 25 wt %.-

摘要: A polyester film and a method for manufacturing the polyester film are provided. The method for manufacturing a polyester film by using a recycled plastic material includes the following steps. A part of the recycled plastic material is physically reproduced to obtain a physically regenerated polyester resin. Another part of the recycled plastic material is chemically reproduced to obtain a chemically regenerated polyester resin. A polyester composition including the physically regenerated polyester resin and the chemically regenerated polyester resin is prepared. Based on a total weight of the polyester composition being 100 wt %, a weight of the chemically regenerated polyester resin is larger than or equal to 5 wt %. The polyester film is manufactured by using the polyester composition. Based on a total weight of the polyester film being 100 wt %, a total amount of the physically regenerated polyester resin and the chemically regenerated polyester resin is from 10 wt % to 100 wt %.

摘要: A back panel of a solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The back panel includes a prepreg and a fluorine-containing polymer layer, and the fluorine-containing polymer layer is formed on the prepreg. The prepreg is formed by immersing a fiber substrate into a resin composition. Based on a total weight of the resin composition being 100 PHR (parts per hundred resin), the resin composition includes: 5 PHR to 70 PHR of a first epoxy resin, 1 PHR to 20 PHR of a hardener, and 0.01 PHR to 10 PHR of an accelerant. The first epoxy resin contains phosphorus atoms, and an amount of the phosphorus atoms in the first epoxy resin ranges from 0.1 wt % to 5 wt %.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a polyester film for embossing is provided. A polyester composition is prepared from a recycled polyester material. The polyester composition includes a physically regenerated polyester resin and a chemically regenerated polyester resin. The polyester composition is melted and extruded so as to form a base layer. The base layer is stretched in a machine direction. A surface coating paste is coated onto the base layer. The base layer with the surface coating paste is heated and stretched in a transverse direction, such that the surface coating paste turns into a surface coating layer, and a polyester film for embossing is obtained.

The matte polyester film further includes a matting additive.-
